Re: slow upwards move... Resructuring costs (and expenses in general) are not the main issue now s these have been cut to the bone. The Co needs revenues to rise...as these are at the bottom, ot would take just 3-4 major projects to turn the situation around...already 1 out of 50 has come to fruition...if the Co is due 2.2mln Quid for 7 episodes from ITV, how many USD millions will it receive for 13 episodes of Penn& Teller?Remember the US market is at least 5 times as big as the UK's and P&T was a top rated Show in the US. On 6-7 million Quid income from this show alone (realistic), profit would be at least 2 million...As Rights and Sequence will be profitable in 2015, this means maybe a profit of 3 million for 2015 (conservative IMHO)...on a P/E of 5 (anyone's guess), a mkt cap of 15 million...on 1.5 mliion shares (after May15 dilution), it equates to 10quid per share...for end of 2015Some may say this is wishful thinking...but in the past the Co had lost control of expenses and did unprofitable projects...now the ship is run very tightly and the Mgt is slowly (but surely) turning things around...it has taken longer than we would want and being biased as I rightly am, I believe we can start to feel more optimistic...we have had many false dawns before...but hey...eventually the sun does rise!So there you have it people...my prediction of 10quid S/P in a year's time (after dilution)...maybe you will get better buying opportunities by May (with electons coming up etc) of course...who knows? DYOR

Intelwind and AGM [link] any mention of Intelwind made at the AGM? Above link (you can just read the introduction!) shows the huge potential. Wasn't the Co supposed to receive its first payment this year (Q4 2013 financial year i.e by summer 2014? maybe it will appear in the H1 2014 results...

Re: Growth Mollysboy, in this type of business the cash in the balance sheet is often the upfront annual maintenance charges that have been collected. There is a corresponding liability of up to 12 months servicing that may be required. On the acquisition there will be an assumption for how much cash there will be and if it is any different there will be a £1 for £1 adjustment. This is absolutely normal. As regards the vendor's tax position, no doubt he will qualify for entrepreneur's relief and will only pay 10% tax on any capital gain.The acquisition looks fine to me. At some stage Belgravium will be taken over and we'll all be very happy.

reasons/factors why mwa sp not staying above more than 4p are zimbabwee, AIM, robert and grace mugabee, gold and nickel prices is still low, mwa largest share holder are the chinese and that is never a good thing see VGM owned by chinese now and AMI having its shares suspended, at least the sp will not go less than 1p as mwa nav is around 3p and it got good resources fyi
