Take over or Delist I have been invested here for many years, and with 97% of the shares held by Timeweave, Hendersons and Green, the track record of Timeweave shows the next move will be to sell the company, or keep it, take all our shares and delist. Down 9% yesterday. I have said this for years, cannot see any other way to go now, cannot trade them, cannot sell them, just have to hold on to them.

Re: Time to buy no, dilution has been in price since last year...they can, in theory, but they could have taken it private ever since tw bought over 50% of shares.

Re: Time to buy Dilution of shares, does the share price open tomorrow at £1.00? 93% of shares held by Hendersons, Timeweave, Green, could now be taken private? They may make an offer for the shares.

Re: Time to buy INDEED! All the bad news are now out of the way, albeit with this massive dilution.Last August (2014) the Co had a market cap of just over Half a million quid (414.000 shares @ 1.5 quid).Today, at 4.5 quid and 2.5 mln shares, a market cap of 11 mln! So up by 20 times!!!No longer a minnow on the brink of bankruptcy but a serious player with a solid capital base and over 3 mln cash.I didn't expect the May 2016 dilution to occur now but maybe it is better it is out of the way and the Co needs cash to expand. In a Dec.2014 post I predicted a SP of 10 quid by Y/E 2015, assuming 1.5 mln shares i.e. a mkt cap of 15 mln. Had the extra (earmarked for 2016) 1 mln shares not been issued, we would have had 1.5 mln shares at about 7 quid...NOT FAR OFF!

Time to buy Just out!!!!!Independent UK based distributor DCD Rights has secured a host of new international acquisitions for Penn & Teller: Fool Us in Vegas, as the peak time entertainment extravaganza achieves landmark ratings for The CW in the US, recently drawing the channel’s largest Monday night audience in nearly six years.

April 19th...start of Celebrity Squares....this means another run probably soon after summer

longtermBLVR 03 Apr 2015

Re: Strong buy So if there is a 2nd run in 2015, that's 5 mln from ITV...add maybe 5 mln from CW in the US (very conservative), that's an extra 7-8 million in 2015 (2 mln already counted in 2014 for CSq).So...if we have 16 mln Rev. in 2014 and B/E, and maybe 25 mln in 2015 (sounds a lot?) and GM of 35% so 12 mln Gross Profits v expenses of say 6 mln, this means a Net Profit of 6 mln!!!Sounds huge, I don't know DYOR.6 x P/E 5 (conservative - sector's is 7) means a mkt cap of 30 MLN...now Co has a mkt cap of...2 MLN!Even at 1.5 mln shares post dilution, that's still a SP of 20 Quid! This ignores Rights sales' rising by a lot more, extra commissions etc...

Re: Strong buy small correction my friend...RNS of May 2014 talks about 7 shows, not 4.Also, it states 2.2 mln REVENUES v 2.4 mln loan from Timeweave. So maybe now we have actually Revenues of 2.5-2.6 mln for 8 episodes? I can't say!

cgod 03 Apr 2015

Strong buy My take on the RNS yesterday,GBP2.8m unsecured loan to fund the production and recoverable VAT, 2015, 8 showsThe above cost is to produce the above inc VAT, but not the 40k interest.GBP2.4m unsecured loan to fund the production and recoverable VAT, 2014, 4 showsThe above cost is to produce the above inc VAT, but not the 70k interest.Very hard to work out the profit, but the numbers speak for them selves.Double the shows for a small amount of extra production costs. At least 35%-45% added value, when added to the production costs makes well over 25% of our turnover. This is part of the Game changing turn around they have been talking about, back in PROFIT for 2015.Share price is at 0.46p per share, we hit 11p in 2011-2012 Shares stood at £10.50 when consolidated, at 1000-1 we were making a 6 mill loss. we are now £4.60, about to move into profit.Do the maths guys.

Re: still waiting to... nice rise...imagine when we get (or if) B/E confirmation for 2014 and positive outlook for 2015!

longtermBLVR 02 Apr 2015

Re: 9 episodes for celeb squares? good start 8 episodes, 2.8 million loan for the costs and (recoverable VAT)...I wonder if this means the Co will have a cost of 2.8 mln (and thus Revenue will be about 4 mln, assuming a GM of 30%) or the Revenue is 2.8 mln...I think it's the former, because the latter would give away the price per episode agreed with ITV.So 4 mln Revenue (maybe GMargin is higher) - ignoring the recoverable VAT in the equation so maybe someone can enlighten us on how VAT would affect the above calculation. And we are still waiting to hear about CW and Penn & teller - 13 x 1 hour episodes (versus 8 x 45 minutes for CSq)...Simple maths 6 hours = 4 mln (say), then for 13 hours = 8.5-9 mln (ignoring that the US is a much bigger market and P&T had higher ratings in the US than CSq in the UK).

Re: old mutual.. retraction may not mean, bought and sold, but probably just that they do not want to disclose that particular info...for time being - so it can mean anything!Maybe someone can call the IRel. at the Co?
