I'm relatively new to investing and understand the emotions expressed by many posters on these boards, I have quickly arrived at a conclusion that those that drive down prices can paradoxically help long term investors in a solid, well run company. I only have a small 500K holding but my ambition is to build to over a million shares, so the lower the price the faster my average will come down over time. AIM is a place where shares can be manipulated to make the few rich but can also be a place to provide for those patient enough to DTOR and listen to wise old sages like John.

Idiot novice PIs (INIPs) have to start somewhere; unlike God like kiddies who were born with the wisdom Solomon and the unfathomable knowledge of the ancients when it comes to markets. Lots of really good posters on many of the boards, who advise and instruct without arrogance; the rest? turn the lights out as you leave please!

Many thanks to the P & D brigade. I have learnt a costly but not irretrievable lesson over the past few days. Although I feel for the PI who is swept along by the BS rampers and their alter egos posing as Hans Cristian, you have to grow some balls and differentiate. In LGO and that board is London Scool of Economics compared to this board's a Barnsley Priamary School. Good luck to all my fellow mugs who bought on a spik, personally averaging down by using the kids on here to help.

I don't understand it either cirrus, usually companies developing a new product are so accommodating with information, they publish detailed information on how a product is built, assembled, not forgetting the constant flow of production line photos posted to the web. Saying you are a Flow employee is as credible as me saying I'm Pope Frank; Oh almost forgot "In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti"

So let me get this right? There is a mass conspiracy to fool all Flow Group's Investors in to thinking that they have a world beating product. All the hundreds of employees both at Jabil and Flow are in this conspiracy and no one has leaked to the press that this is all "Emperor's New Clothes". There are going to be teething problems with this boiler and the SP might experience a bit of a roller coaster ride but they (Flow) have a product which could be a world beater. I'm in for the long haul.

Never fails to amuse me how many people on these boards have reliable sources!

Come 1st oil circa 2017, can anyone tell me a)what the shares might then be valued at and b)what kind of dividend might they attract. I have only been investing for 4weeks and have 58,000 shares averaged at 17.5p. I'm happy to look at these as a long term investment constantly adding shares over the months and years, especially if they return a nice dividend as part of my pension.

I would be surprised if GO does not do anything for the oil producers. The ability of a major economy like the UK to withstand global economic shocks and therefore support the oil industry was one of the main arguments used against Scottish Independence. If he does nothing he sends a message to the Scottish people that all the assurances were pure bluff, so there should be some political pressure to step in and help.
