Ah well, could be worse. I am also invested with Beacon Hill Resources.

FTO Nunquam 06 Dec 2014

Ok so is it someting like this . The majority share holders push the SP down and refuse to give dividends. Then they sell it to friends cheap and split the profit. Is this legal?

Re: LAM Chart ... So what do you get from that chart, Durby?Do you put the lines on or does your software do it automatically? How do you know which peaks to join up. You have about 6 lines, but it seems to me you could have had about 20 going off all over the place.Looking at your lines, yellow and blue lines were trending up, then next pair of reds are tighter and growing less fast, then recently (after oil price collapse) the latest line is heading downwards. Only one line now? But that is putting lines on after the event to show what happened - and we know the price of oil is going to affect oil rig builders. What extra do I get from the chart? Interested to know. Does it help with the future, whats it saying? The price is going to go down, unless something else happens?

Re: Topped up We're not going to see any profits before they go into commercial production of the units, yb, but I'm glad to see that funding is being kept "in house". Our friend DL has provided a loan facility (if required) at 6% while others seem to be happy to take shares in lieu at upto 1.4p per share on conversion. That (1.4p) ought surely be the base from which the sp should be working; early-days funding was at twice that amount (2.8p).No one's going to let this fall for want of cash. The mere fact that they've now settled upon the design of the unit and are tooling-up for production suggests that all has gone well with the field trials. I'd like to see the mini unit ... perhaps when I'm next in Sheffield. Personally, I'd trade space for one of those in my kitchen with e.g. a dishwasher any day of the week. They produce enough how water and electricity to be able to heat and supply hot water and electricity for any house's needs AND return over-production of electricity back to the national grid. I wonder what they will retail at ? It would be nice to think that the Government would offer incentives to individuals to buy them (as they did with condensing boilers some years ago) because of their low (tiny) carbon emission ... very "Green" !I think good news will be released at the AGM. Updates on the field trials and perhaps an indication as to how soon they expect to go into commercial production. We're teamed-up with some big names in the industry and I imagine they'll participate in any placing to get full scale production under way by Malvern, if necessary. Win-win for them to do so.Roll on 23rd December !GFD

BOIL Mayflower27 06 Dec 2014

Re: Still Hopeful........ Thought?? ON50. I think the onshore block has huge potential. BOIL now hold 100%, fully funded to 2-3 wells, confirmed live oil/gas pteroleum system and costs just $1.5m per well!. Very low overheads and significant potential. There have been a series of meetings re; final EIA approval in recent weeksand hopefully news in December!. Once they have the EIA the plan it to agressively develop the block starting immediately when EIA secured. I hope the block is as good as the adjoining block XIII which produces significan volumes of oil and gas.

Re: So !WHOT! is happening now? The listing authority will not in my opinion allow this company to relist and carry on in the same absurd manner announcing takeover after takeover with little or no detail and not completing before moving on to the next..It will if allowed to relist,I consider it likely to be concluded that it is involved in a RTO, have to present a new prospectus bringing together its proposals and their financing acceptable to the listing authority and seek shareholder approval.Hopefully it will be required to publish audited accounts due for the year to end Sept.Perhaps it will explain how it will finance its activities as none seem to produce an obvious cash flow. The asset value ascribed to Law Financial is difficult to support from available info.

dividend payment Please can anyone tell me when the dividend was paid this year?

AYM Tatty 06 Dec 2014

Re: Parys I saw it. I just don't believe it. If AYM ever turn a profit out of actual mining at Parys, I'll personally run over the Menai bridge naked with a daffodil sticking out where the sun don't shine.
