the company has access to a rolling credit arrangement but there are strings attached ie the price of oil backward looking over a period of time
Re: share price Down 30% on massive volume (9m on LSE) and no real sign that it will bounce back sharply. Perhaps now is the time for an RNS saying "we know of no reason etc...."? Unless of course, that isn't true???

Re: any thoughts FRTEBIt started out as 0.43% of his fund -- see the 2nd link[link] -- Not sure where you are getting your monthly lists from, but on the woodfordfunds.com - where you will need to register you can view the list. It was on his October list as updated in November and it disappeared off his November list in the early December update.
Re: Dividend and distribution Are we likely to see the same type of distribution this year?
Re: any thoughts Games, what are you on?!See my post from Tuesday, in reply to you:" Catlin was never on Woodford's list of holdings AFAIK - certainly it isn't listed in September, October or November. "
Where in the link did you find the rumour?

Re: Growth Good point Jacko - maybe that is what is in there thinking and maybe there could be some re-development value in some of these sites.
I'm a newbie and this is one of my first trades. Staying strong and holding. I can see how the drop in price makes people sell as I've had a twitchy bum a few times already !!
Devasted I don't have more funds to top up here. Fill your boots everyone.
easy.. The DTM is just a place where you can view what is being said on iii and LSE, but if you post the posts can only be seen by the people on DTM. If you want to join in to the discussions on iii or LSE you have to go onto those websites and sign up.
Re: Sadly probably best Repeating last para .. Doing business in Tanzania has over the last few years been a nightmare and moving operations to a less corrupt and more investor friendly country like Australia is likely to be a lot less stressful and more predictable for investors. Here's hoping that instead of continuing to be a Gona company (always about to make a profit but never does) a RLD Phoenix can rise from the ashes - albeit one created on the back of a different blue gem in a different country. I like how CEO Bernard Olivier has acted and trust him to do the right thing. The board also have significant skin in the game owning 15.5% of the shares and therefore presumably are also incentivised to do what is in shareholders best interests. They after all also stand to benefit from any increase in share price going forward. I hope shareholders vote in favour (if they don't it will cost the company $510,000) and the necessary approvals are duly granted by Tanzanian Minister and SARB. This has been a disappointing and tough ride to date for long term holders like Big Chef and me; but just maybe the company is finally about to be able to return to profitability with a repaired balance sheet thanks to this deal.
Re Ringer 3. Sure I read recently, "Buy backs" stopped. That could account for the sudden drop in SP. Was tempted again monday but cancelled, glad I did
