I doubt this would have happened unless the company is expected to recover and remain solvent. They have some fairy godmothers I reckon ..now bring on the contract news..then watch it fly..
Re: vert little activity..waiting news Aye Pelleas timing is all. I caught the RNS at 12.30. Just in time really.
Just penned another email to John Bick asking why we are not getting answers. If he ignores me for the third time, i'll get in touch directly with WRES. In fact, i think i will !
Re: Next Year FRTEB, no dispute on the $ and £ signs mate, but there is still a decline in 2014 from previous year on EPS.Plus as highlighted in the last posts that the £'s are consistent between 2014 and 2015 and that highlights a decline in all three - pre-tax profit, EPS and the dividend.Games
Re: Next Year FRTEB -- Are you not comfortable with these numbers below?Interesting there are similar declines highlighted for Amlin and Hiscox so it kind of puts the market expectations into perspective -- I'm wondering if we are close to the top of the cycle here.two years in a row :- EPS 2014 / 2013 -- decline of 12% 2015 / 2014 -- decline forecast of 13% Pretax Profit 2015 / 2014 -- decline forecast of 13% Dividend 2014 -- 34.07p actual 2015 -- 31.55p forecast - a decline of 7.4% Games
Re: Next Year The dividend column illustrates the decline in the dividend in 2015 in bar chart form rather than tabular, but it shows a decline all the same.Games
Re: Access Fire and Security I think you're living in cloud cuckoo land if you imagine that AFS owns the building, but I'm happy to be proved wrong by anyone that has the facts.Have you actually tried using the website - as opposed to just posting the link?1) The two news items a day apart are identical. Also try pressing 'READ MORE' and see what happens;2) None of the other 'MORE' buttons on the home page actually do anything;3) Similarly (and worse) the link for 'Latest News' is empty - so does nothing
Latest News
(to see the effect of this, try pressing 'Latest News' from any other page on the website)Need I go on?All I can say is that your threshold of an OK website is exceedingly low! Simple and very cheap to fix, so why didn't they do anything for 6 years?
Re: Next Year On digital look. Under the "Key Fundamentals" section the figures are in US dollars and cents. In the section below - "Forecast" the figures are in UK £ and pence.

Done me proud Well, sad to say I've sold my Greggs shares. They've done me proud. Nearly doubled since buying them in the summer.Where they'll go next is anybody's guess so I'll take my stake off the table today. My next purchase won't be retail. The whole sector seems to be in turmoil.Maybe I'll try miners or banks (What!!! . . . . I hear you cry)
Re: Next Year Look at the FT.com link I posted below. Hover over the dividend columns...
