Re: Holders Please Read Urgently Hesaidshesaid you are confusing Nominal Value (0.01p) with Market Value (the share price). The nominal value of a stock is fixed but that's not the SP.

6000000 shares Yesterday and today; four large buys totalling 6 mill shares or £600k. Interesting?

BHR Gooffy 05 Dec 2014

Jindal Will be keen for BHR to continue.I have voted NO I just feel this deal is really bad for private investors, RK seems to have ignored them as seems to happen in AIM companies. RK says admin if no deal, well how would Jindal react as I assume admin would mean the sub lease is cancelled so the trains would stop running.Anyway I am sure Jindal would make an offer to exisiting shareholders rather than admin.

ABF Rhigos 05 Dec 2014

Why sharp rise in SP at 14:47? I do not know why SP rose 100p, 3.1% at 14:47. Anyone know why?A limit order I had placed was triggered at 4 PM at 3265 when I sold 1/4 of my ABF shares. Annoyingly I could have got 3292 shortly before market closed but must not be greedy.A new all time closing high for ABF so cannot be bad. I was overweight in ABF so glad to take some profits (72.5% of average purchase price). I am happy to hold my remaining ABF shares and will consider buying if SP should fall below £29.

Re: Holders Please Read Urgently waytogoBelow is direct extract from RNS:Accordingly, subject to Shareholder approval, the Directors propose to reorganise the Company's share capital as explained below with a view to reducing the number of ordinary shares in issue by a factor of 1,000 whilst maintaining the same low nominal value. The terms of the proposed Share Capital Reorganisation are such that on the Record Time every 1,000 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each will be consolidated into one New Ordinary Share of 0.01 pence and one 'C' Deferred Share of 9.99 pence. Save as explained below with regards to fractional entitlements, following the Share Capital Reorganisation each Shareholder will hold such number of New Ordinary Shares as is equal to 1/1,000th of the number of Existing Ordinary Shares that he or she held immediately beforehand, but the nominal value of the New Ordinary Shares will remain as 0.01 pence. The above should be the only thing that concerns you as a current holder. Ask yourself why are Darwin excercising there right to more shares pre proposal vote if not to guarantee more 'yes' votes.Speak to your broker for advice. Time is running out.

Research report HL Hargreaves Lansdown recommended this share in a Biotech report published 4 Dec 2014 together with Abenza and Dechra Pharma. 20 dMA is crossing 50 dMA so could be a good time to buy. Not invested yet. My AIM choices have not been great and I tend to stick with FTSE350 shares. Will watch for a while and then decide. Good luck to all.Kay

Re: Growth May_sellI am with you again on this stock.Every year towards the year end we get an acquisition which they integrate and run into the ground; and nearly always with some bad news hidden away. It wasn't that long ago their shares were at 18p. They acquired Touch and they rose a little before falling. So, they acquired a software company and they rose and then fell away. Then again and now again. In the RNS it also stated "Pre-tax profits have also been stronger in the second half with the full year expected to be around 50 per cent. higher than last year's profit of £336,000 before exceptionals. This outcome for the year, which is below market expectations, has been affected by a material contract which had been expected to have been confirmed and delivered prior to the year-end. This contract award however, has been deferred and is now expected to fall in the first half of next year."They are paying £330k for a business whose turnover is £729k (to last January 31st) and whose pre tax profit is £29k. They are also paying £1 for each £1 of cash. Why? The shareholders of AFS get taxed at their higher rate of personal tax for selling the cash. Why not pay a dividend and pay 32.5% cash instead of 40% or 45%.BVM must be paying over the odds and needing the cash for working capital. There is no other reason for leaving cash in the business.

Re: Holders Please Read Urgently This is not consolidation - this is 'significant dilution'. These are the exact words used by the BHR CEO in announcement. You will be wiped out.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---The significant dilution is from the loan notes and fund raising......................nothing to do with the consolidation. The SP has gone down to where it is now because of the upcoming 'significant dilution'. So it's already priced in to a large degree. It does not mean that your holding will be worth a 1000th of what is now, just because of consolidation.
