New iii ticle tipping HAYT "Higher-risk growthHayward Tyler (HAYT) 82p; P/E ratio 11; dividend yield 1.6% Hayward Tyler's (HAYT) share price has tripled since summer 2013, and for good reason. The company has undergone a major restructuring, upgraded its manufacturing facilities in Luton, and exchanged one major shareholder for a collection of supportive City institutions. Now earnings are beginning to grow, and fast. Power stations need Hayward's expensive boiler circulating pumps, and its motors end up on oil rigs and deep undersea. It's a growing market, and Hayward is one of the best in the business. Earnings per share (EPS) are expected to rise by 13% in the year to March 2015, and 11% in 2016.

More M&A to come? The share price is extremely undervalued imo on current activities, let alone allowing for any growth at all in US gaming - but OPAY are preparing for massive growth in that area anyway per this coverage. And note the emphasis on further M&A...[link] "Operator Talk: Optimal Payments targets US expansion Friday, January 30, 2015ƒU Posted by Totally gaming Despite the ongoing uncertainty over the future of the US online gaming market, senior executives at Optimal Payments have told TotallyGaming.com that the company is hoping for wider regulation of such activities in order to expand its presence in the country.etc"

Macquarie have 645p target Good coverage this morning - I hadn't seen that Macquarie had a 645p target here....[link] "Ryan and Buckle invest with EASE Citywire AAA-rated veteran ethical investor Audrey Ryan and AA-rated Iain Buckle have upped their exposure to meter management business Energy Assets Group (EASE) following a slide in its share price. The duo lifted their exposure to the business to 4.2% worth £4.9 million at a share price of 432p. Shares in the company have recovered most of their ground since a sell-off earlier in the year. Numis rates the company a buy with a price target of 530p while Macquarie Research rates it outperform with a price target of 645p. Sentiment regarding energy efficiency stocks has dropped sharply alongside energy prices since last summer. The shares are held in the team’s Kames Ethical Cautious Managed fund, with a small number managed by the company’s Kames UK Smaller Companies fund."

Acquisition Interesting purchase for Fenner. Moving deeper into specialist medical markets (& away from reliance on mining) has got to be a good move. Earning enhancing from day one, and it looks like a good price (<PE10) with a good return on turnover.

NOP FORCEMODE 02 Feb 2015

Re: FORCEMODE Sav,You've missed my point entirely!I was questioning how (at the then $37 per barrel profit) they can pay back the well costs in their given time-frame.I completely understand your point re the recent collapse of PoO.No need to be quite so rude with your condescending attitude! "With me so far?"Regardless, NOP are now back in profit at 24c per barrel according to oilfieldhand's post and I suspect that margin will grow in the coming weeks/months.

Re: upturn - downswing Tetra, for someone who claims to be still invested in this stock you are certainly not doing yourself any favours. Why don't you just go into hibernation mode again and come back in a year or so and see where we are then? You might just get a pleasant surprise, as sooner or later one of the bigger fish are going to come into play. That event is probably much closer now than when the company was proving up the resources in Guinea and Mauritania, which got you so excited a few years back. The important thing is that the company is still very much alive and kicking and about to reduce expenses considerably through getting rid of a cash guzzling secondary listing, yet it has increased its JORC compliant resources by 70% during a period in which several companies in the sector have gone to the wall. None of us can predict the day that a bigger fish will gobble up the company or partner with it for the development of one or more of the assets, but if the recovery in the sector continues, it will happen and possibly at a time when shareholders least expect it. You have to give the management some credit surely, for putting us in that position rather than throwing in the towel?T

Rns out on Asx Small part of itThe Company, along with its joint venture partners European Uranium, has filed for a further renewal of the Kuriskova License effective from April 19, 2015, and has requested a 10-year renewal in conformance with the current Slovak Republic’s Geology Act, which became effective November 1, 2013. The Company has met all requirements for this renewal and expects it to be granted. In June 2014, the Slovak Republic amended its Mining Act to clarify the process by which the required community approval for the mining of radioactive materials is demonstrated. This amendment to the Mining Act served as a clarification of the community approvals required, but did not change those requirements.
