Re: Business stable - potential long term It does seem to be a bit of a mixed bagWe get reasonably frequent updates as and when expected but the CEO has a habit of releasing different pieces of information each time so the KPIs cannot easily be tracked from one timeframe to the next, it seems to be deliberate, perhaps he doesn’t want competitors to knowApart from a slower than hoped for uptake in Brazil but it also looks as if Mexico actually went backwards over the last 12 months, we knew they were going to stall as there was some report of a partner having problems of some sort but I didn’t think they would go into reverseAnyway it still looks undervalued, cash balances holding up even increasing so I had another little topper, maybe India /Africa will surprise us next time, if they are able to report a profit that has to be good

Re: The way things are going... Doc, good luck getting any response from the company... they never reply to any of my emails.Just have to hope they release news soon and that it's good !Really did think Rambler was one of my "safe" shares as they were debt free, profitable and had cash in the bank... But then I suppose there is a reason they're listed on AIM.......Is the company really at risk here ? Surely with no debt and only a temporary set back they should be generating cash soon. 6.5mil should act as quite a decent buffer shouldn't it ?(still don't know how they haven't got more in the bank though after the 2+ years of decent cashflow)

fte board The only way these will hold onto any gain is to stop dealing with Darwin, once again they are shorting it down for their own financial gain they don't give toss about helping small companies.

Re: Rise FAO teno Its a baby (tiny) investment then is it?How does one access the brokers note?If you think that they own land in Saunderton then I think you are wrong:From the Buck Free Press:The Molins site is classified as brownfield land and has been vacant for many years, until it was bought by developers, St. Congar Land.St. Congar Land have proposed to use the Molins site to build 213 new homes and are expected to put in a planning application for this before the end of the year. The land next to the Molins site is now owned by the same land owner as St. Congar, meaning the developers could create between 500 and 1000 houses on the site.If you are referring to the Sports Ground then it is not in Saunderton. Bear in mind with this that it is 33% social housing and is 46 houses, 14 flats at market price. There is also a new community facility to build so you can do the maths.[link]

SAC Marius 02 Feb 2015

Markus, seems you're spot on.... With reference to the cautionary announcement published on 18 December 2014 on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE and on the Regulatory News Service of the London Stock Exchange, SacOil shareholders (?Shareholders?) are advised that the Company is still in the process of considering its portfolio rationalisation, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of SacOil ordinary shares (?Shares?). In particular, SacOil is considering the cancellation of an agreement to participate in an appraisal asset in Nigeria. As yet, no transaction has been formalized and there can be no guarantee as to the terms or conditions attached to any cancellation of this asset. Further updates will be made in due course.

Re: Broker Note in Full - 12.9p On this basis, we arrive at a risked valuation of 12.9p per share also taking into account the Company’s forecast FY15 net cash position and assuming dilution from a placing in FY15 (Table 2). This valuation represents a 144% upside to the current share price. On an unrisked NPV10basis we would value the Company at upwards of 57p per share.57p per share that would do!

Interesting how a second insti / hedge fund has now a position over 0.5% short on Derwent . Looking at the sector I could not but notice the following short interest in Zoopla , Quindell , Savills and Foxtons / What baffles me with the Foxton short is how late to the party these pro's seem to be . Gosh I went short at 375 ! wasn't that the most obvious short in the market ? ( at the time ) Gives me confidence that the so called pros are yes more capitalised that me but performance wise I have to wonder . Am waiting to see if we get a retrace on Derwent , would be nice for me to reload starting at 3100. A light re-entry point . The chart looks toppy for the bull side I think . IF the trend continues I'd expect a typical 0.5 or 0.618 retrace to reload for the next highs and get confirmation of renewed bullishness . Till then am out

Is a bid coming ? Possible that a bid may be made for company as CAZA not valued at much but has huge future potential when oil price settles down.

CRU BADDOGREX3 02 Feb 2015

no dilution Great news less of a hit than we thought and Joe has put up the working capital requirement for nominal interest.Don't expect a dividend .A nasty set back but not one we cant overcome.I look forward to when insiders start to buy again.
