Re: Up she rises... Well, it's a ridiculously thin market - a spread of about 6p. I have been trying to pick up some more for some time, and ended up having to buy into the rise. I think the revenues justify a higher price than this.

Re: New RNS It will be interesting to see which of the usual suspects admit to owning 1% or more of the company;although the holdings are perhaps held by numerous companies.I still find it curious that the company has not as far as I am aware informed the market as to whom,when,how,what,how much etc the 10.5m additional shares were issued.Now over 25m share in issue.Neither has the company bothered to issue annual accounts.It is not in compliance with listing requirements;accounts should be issued within 5 months of year end(Sept 30th 2014) or for that matter UK company law,accounts required within 6 months of year end.I wonder if the "Special Purpose Vehicle" being used for the "takeover" is road worthy!!!!

Re: S.P. BtBWe know last year is okay because the company did give a trading up date in January.However hoping to hear the new product range (epaper) is starting to take off this year and would like to see some progress on the BH land when the final results are announced.

Re: Not such bad decisions.... Maybe I'll change my mind when things get clearer but for now I don't like it. They ripped off my nice and almost secure div. ---------- ----Ekati - yup, agreed completely.At least I THOUGHT it was a secure div!This has reminded me it's an AIM share and so the board has a freer hand...blah blah.I have traded this one for years and kept a core holding since 2011.I was giving the company far too much respect.I will similarly hold my opinion until they provide details on just what it is they're planning on doing with our retained div money.Meantime, while we're kept in the dark, the 5 year graph tells a story.In spite of all the comments about how well the business is doing (Momart exceptional year etc) the sp has gone DOWN in 5 years. And now we have no dividend.So, I look forward to the board telling me how fabulous these 'projects' are...because they have to compensate for shareholders losing capital AND no fri ggin dividend returns.Imo something ain't right.

Re: Increased Gold by 2018 I doubt very much that the BoD are reading the posts here! There is little we can do except sit and wait and hope our own investments recover. I have 250k at 3.3p after few profitable buys and sells below 2p. My prognosis is that they will hit 4p, I will look for 5 and they will drop to 3p again! Fortunately most of my other investments are ticking along nicely.
