Speculation..... That the highly successful duo of George Godber and Georgina Hamilton, who are leaving Miton, are bound for Polar......not sure how true this is as personally I would have thought the Miton set up might have been better. Miton's strengths are smaller / medium UK companies and the research that goes with it.......wouldn't say that about Polar and will be in no rush to follow them if they do end up at Polar.PE

Re: What's happened? Perhaps the directors have woken up to the fact that their remaining customers and shareholders do not appreciate POLR being run mainly for the benefit of their employees, and have accordingly lowered both fees and salary costs. We live in hope.

Re: What's happened? No idea, only bought yesterday looking for good divi but not much capital excitement so was a bit surprised. Been googling but nothing on the newswires. Could well see it back down tomorrow if this was on a rumour
