MOU with Merlin Energy Resources Ive just posted this on LSE Just thinking about the current funding. The last funding was short of the goal (£500k) and no II came on board with any sizable stake. Not a lot has changed from an investment point of view with regards to the risk so will they still be having the same problem with II? What they maybe trying to do is encourage all there new MOU partners to take a stake. If they were doing this and were successful, it may de-risk the investment for the II. I’ve mentioned before VLS did this in July with both BA and Shell adding £2.8m to there £7m funding

Aleph Commodities and Funding These are the 2 main RNS’s I’m waiting for over the next 6 weeks Quadrise is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Services Agreement (“SAâ€) with Aleph Commodities Ltd (“Alephâ€) to provide services to the Company for the use of MSAR® in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSAâ€). The SA provides Aleph with a success-based incentive structure, • The first tranche of 5 million warrants will be awarded following signature, prior to the end of September 2019, of a disclosable project milestone in relation to the conclusion of an Memorandum of Understanding or similar with a KSA-based state owned organisation to initiate detailed planning activities for a pilot test for a commercial MSAR® trial in Saudi Arabia and will be exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of the SA. • The second tranche of 10 million warrants will be awarded following signature, during 2019, of a disclosable project milestone with associated agreements to commence a commercial MSAR® trial in KSA and will be exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of the SA. Boom! Hi Fillpot - “I Might have jumped the gun a bit, but I reckon not by much†Me too - that buy order I placed was activated after the last finance related RNS but the SP dropped far more than the order. Unfortunately my dear old Dad who’s 98 had just broken his leg and ended up in hospital and I wasn’t around to monitor events. Even so, although it was a missed opportunity, it was just within my average buying price but could have done better. I’m off again now to continue with my Carer’s duties with the ‘old man’ and to expand my education on how to live on 6d in the ‘good ol’ days’ . .

Boom! Not really Bf1 but it was either a subtlety or a ‘slip’ - either way my take was that it wasn’t the kind of statement that would be made by an honourable man who believes his company was just about to disappear down the Swanee for lack of finances. Being a LTH it meant something to me . . . Have a good weekend

Boom! So, you think that was him saying something, without really saying anything? I don’t know anything about Mike Kirk, so to me, that statement just sounds a bit throwaway. I’m not always good on subtleties, however. But if that was him lighting the touch paper, let’s have it! I could do with a bit of blue!!

Boom! IMHO that ‘boom’ was more akin to that lone precursory firework that announces an imminent firework display of enormous proportions! I’ve been seriously out of touch these past 4/5 weeks and spent an hour this pm catching up and have just watched the latest PI video with Mike Kirk and during the interview he said, whilst appearing very cool, something very un-Mike Kirkish - With the SP back down at this level it now provides an even more attractive investment opportunity for those interested in jumping in at this stage. Most unlike him and especially nice to see the share price jump as a result - others must be thinking the same . . . . to use the ‘firework’ analogy . . . surely the blue touch-paper is now smouldering. I’m that busy right now and the foreseeable future that after such a long wait I’m afraid that I might miss the fun of that pivotal RNS and my “Y E S†will just be an after-the-event echo. The Boom is still to come . . GLA
