So..I have sold down most of my BMR and taken a position in MTR...we shall see

....which would be less than 30%...which is an immediate value play because the NAV is £9m....and if AB has done his job well, he has overdone the white down leaving lots of room for upside recovery on BMRs assets

Ladies and gentlemen.I Believe the play is MTR. Not that I have any evidence...it is just my belief. We will be consolidated at 10/1. We will, I believe vote for removal of pre-emptied rights. AB will then have the right to issue up to 500m new shares. now, MTr buys 50m new shares for £500k

Wow, MM's hoovering up shares, Buys going through as sells. Its like we've never been away. Next thing will be that MA (oops) I mean AB has a desk full of RNSs and is just waiting for the right moment to release them.

Let me paint a possible scenario...post consolidation there are 135m shares left in BMR with no preemption rights and AB has the option to issue up to 500m new shares...now MTR invests £175k into new shares picks up c.10% of the new company...then we start to see progress and assets revalued...whatever value you had here will in time dilute by 80% as the 500m shares get taken up
