3 cranes Thursday webcam shows much crane activity around the bits of the rig and the base taking shape. Now, 3 days later, the rig must be almost complete. Looking forward to spud news soon. How long to TD? TP

OT Sefton Resources Anyone, like me, still stuck with Sefton shares? They’ve just announced a mandatory buy back but not yet released the price they’re going to pay! No negotiation, just a fact accomplit! Typical. No RNS either. TP

3 cranes On the site of the te-9 drill. Moving quickly to prepare for drilling. Rig up very soon I think. Just a matter of weeks now before the results of this well are known. Then look out for corporate news TP

Durham Event For a change I’m impressed by LSE contributors over the last 24hrs. Sounding Off and Sreadman have given comprehensive and very interesting notes on the Durham event which give me hope for the future and a hint that the LE might be nearer than we think. Definitely worth a read if your interested in the details of where SOU is now and where it’s going in the not too distant future. I’ll be looking for a top up after the weekend (even though I’m heavily invested here already!) Luck all TP

Seismics complete RNS Webcam moved position today showing much more of the groundwork’s completed than I thought. Progress indeed. Sp also winding up slowly as more regain interest now that drilling is not far off. It’s a “BUY” from me (having topped up today)) TP

Te-9 civil works Webcam moved position today. Much more detailed view of site showing completion of part of pad and other works progressing. Much further on than yesterday’s webcam shot led us to believe. TP

Seismics complete RNS Yeah, the wilder speculations are … pretty wild. I’d be happy with the lower end of your range, but the more the merrier of course. I’m expecting TE-9 and 10 and probably 11 to get drilled. If they are being done back to back as advertised, testing of the others will still be ongoing while number 3 is drilled. Unless a major comes in and begs us to stop drilling for fear of discovering too much. … But that assumes we’ve already got two out of two, which is back in the realms of wild speculation. Us mere mortals can only sit and watch at this juncture, and let Nature take her course.

Seismics complete RNS Sorry ps. If you’re not a grumbler my comments not aimed at you. I’m sure you’re right. Lots of speculation on other boards about how much the LE will bring…Ive even seen £12 mentioned! Depends on the perception of prospective purchasers but imvho we won’t find anything out until at least after results of te-9 (and maybe 10) have been announced. I’m a realist and expect we may get between £3 and £5 ps. So we should all see a few bags. Good luck TP

Seismics complete RNS theprior: Some peeps are forever grumbling about the sp, but I guess they’re the ones who bought on the 90+ spike a couple of years (?) ago. Guilty yer honour! Averaged down to around 70. But actually I’ve never grumbled (except maybe about the price of Sterling). Always been quietly confident about SOU and still am. More than happy to bide my time.

Seismics complete RNS Indeed I am - just not a fan of new site. But you get used to anything after a while… And still on for the £1, £2 or £5 party.
