From 1 June 2018 .... ... a trend reversal finally began from the long downtrend that started last year.A lovely rise from 38p to present 46p-47p area which happens to be a major Fib number and so am expecting resistance with a pull back before continuing the rise to major resistance level at around 56p IMO. (Only have. basic TA knowledge so pls don't hold me to this). Good luck whatever your strategy but if you're not trading just holding for the next 12 months should see multiples of current SP by Q1/Q2 2019.

A placing near you? Well, with 5 consecutive daily RNS's - funny how you wait for ages and then 5 turn up - I think the odds have shortened on an equity raise pre the summer lull in the City......frankly, if you don't believe the sudden news flow is being orchestrated then I think you are rather naive....perhaps nothing wrong with that technically, but it's so transparent that the only conclusion I can draw is it's preparing the market for that modest placing - Im going for £10-15 M placing, maybe slightly more, at discount which will see it at around 35p maybe less ....all imho and I am in the camp of believers in the LE eventually, but honestly with this week's "news" flow, you're having a laugh....

Just received the details of the Sound Investor concall on Monday 8th at 10am. Will there be an RNS before hand or will this be the big announcement?

finnCap's published a note this morning: "Sound has completed drilling the first well in its multi-well programme at Tendrara. The rig will now move on to drill the next well in the programme while rigless operations are conducted. The well encountered gas shows during drilling and identified an 89m gas column 12m higher than the previous well, indicating that the top of the structure has been encountered. The rig will now move on to drill the next well which will be drilled horizontally." from Research Tree

@davysed. you could always liquidate enough of your existing holding to buy your allocation under the offer for 19p. if you were on the share register on 15/05 you qualify for the offer even if not holding now. Thats my understanding. Anyone care to confirm this?

i think it is the market makers doing much of the hoovering up. they will be aware of the long /medium term potential of this stock and the likely demand when an announcement is made that the stock will go ex-offer and that also means ex-warrants.expect a surge in the sp ,but im unsure how the open offer will be worded. I was looking for this dip to top up today after having listened again to James P.
