Brexit Wars 3 pete - petethenovice: JARS response to this … It’s an ironic response to your linking this problem to ‘Tory Brexit UK’. People might even start to take you a little bit seriously (long odds though m8 with your track record), if you posted things that aren’t strictly knee-jerk reactions to Brexit. JAR PS I know you might struggle with a 6 letter word like ironic. To help you the definition is: language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.

Brexit Wars 3 HuwJarse: The fact is @Eadwig that you lot are so desperate to prove your false narrative that the UK economy would collapse because of Brexit that you have to go scratching around for growth figures from 2 years ago. The fact is the latest figures available from the world bank and the IMF show you are wrong. HuwJarse: It grew at the same pace as the wider EU So you were wrong, even using the figures from the august publication, and by that I mean it comes out in August. It is big of you to admit it. Not that you could do anything else given the figures from the IMF and the World bank. You do make me laugh though, scratching around with forecast predictions in a desperate attempt to try and prove you’re not an idiot. Good luck with your UK coal mine, by the way.

Brexit Wars 3 john.a.reeves: My right hip hurts like bu@@ery - I blame ‘Tory Brexit’!!! JAR I’m sure it can’t have anything to do with that operation I had last week This says a lot about him and the RW brexiters rhetoric we have now… JARS response to this … Deaths of homeless people sleeping in bins prompt calls for action Exclusive: homelessness surge blamed for rising number of crushing deaths and injuries. Homelessness charities and waste industry officials are calling for action to prevent “terrible fatalities”, after incidents in which vulnerable people sleeping in waste containers have died after being accidentally tipped into bin lorries. At least seven people are known to have been killed in the last five years, according to the Health and Safety executive, and waste industry bosses have warned rising destitution in the UK is putting more lives at risk.

Brexit Wars 3 SBHUA - hi Sir_Buns-Up_Knealing: It is not a petition it is a registration of interest Oh OK … that’s cleared it up then I’ts outcome is a certainty - whatever it’s called. JAR

Brexit Wars 3 SBHUA - hi Sir_Buns-Up_Knealing: Give me one good reason that the rights which we pro EU citizens have enjoyed for 47 years should be stripped from us Democracy JAR

Sir_Buns-Up_Knealing 24 Feb 2020

Brexit Wars 3 This is the sort of thing which is happening daily because of the licence to be racist and violent has been sanctioned by Brexit: Sky News Man punches woman in face after she defends friend from coronavirus racial slurs Meera Solanki says a man harassed her and her friends and punched her when she told him to stop. IMHO, SBK

Brexit Wars 3 john.a.reeves: One wonders if this petition will be more successful than the one calling for the ‘Remainer’s Vote’ (aka ‘Second EU Referendum’) It only has just under another 6 million signatures to go before it too can be considered a monumental waste of time. Still … it keeps them off the streets JAR Thicko. It is not a petition it is a registration of interest. The legal case will be decided by the EU. The case is simple: EU citizenship is a statehood which cannot be stripped away from an individual except in extreme cases ( e.g. terrorism). The problem will be of course that the UK is treating the citizens from EU states abysmally. IMHO, SBK

HuwJarse 24 Feb 2020

Brexit Wars 3 Eadwig: Show us your 2019 data then, big man. a) it doesn’t exist and b) the provisional data shows you’re STILL wrong. Just admit you got confused, yet again, between the Eu and the Eurozone. tradingeconomics.com United Kingdom GDP Annual Growth Rate | 1956-2019 Data | 2020-2022 Forecast |... Britain's annual economic growth slowed to 1.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2019 from a revised 1.2 percent in the previous period, still beating market expectations of 0.8 percent, a preliminary estimate showed. That was the weakest pace of... I’m not confused about anything. UK GDP grew by more than the Eurozone in 2019 (on an annualised basis). It grew at the same pace as the wider EU (both 1.1%. It grew faster than Germany, France, Italy and Japan and only Canada and he US in the G7 grew faster. There is absolutely no doubt that the UK is now growing faster than the EU as a whole now based on all forward looking soft data. The impact of the Coronavirus on China is absolutely hammering EU exporters. The GDP numbers for Q1 2020 should make interesting reading. The fact is @Eadwig that to you lot are so desperate to prove your false narrative that the UK economy would collapse because of Brexit that you have to go scratching around for growth figures from 2 years ago.

Brexit Wars 3 Eadwig: If they want to and you wont have a single argument in your favour. I have a passport … ?

Sir_Buns-Up_Knealing 24 Feb 2020

Brexit Wars 3 fynne: And tell me please… if I drive from the UK to France (after my freedom of movement has been taken away) will they stop me from entering? … and then I drive across the EU will I be stopped at each border for being “British”? Probably not eh … Idiot. You wouldn’t be able to stay for more than 3 months & no free health care. British people are being denied the opportunity to apply for jobs in the EU already because of the forthcoming restrictions. IMHO, SBK

Brexit Wars 3 Have I really come back to all this

Sir_Buns-Up_Knealing 24 Feb 2020

Brexit Wars 3 john.a.reeves: Looked at the website (such as it is ) and (surprise surprise) - another bunch of saddo ‘grassroots activists’ have dreamed up another way of avoiding the real world. JAR What is it to do with you and why would you want us to be imprisoned in this toxic hellhole? This is a typical fascist attitude of Brexiteer mob followers. Give me one good reason that the rights which we pro EU citizens have enjoyed for 47 years should be stripped from us by a bunch of ignorant racist yobs? Brexit is not “Freedom” it is incarceration. IMHO, SBK

Eadwig 24 Feb 2020

Brexit Wars 3 HuwJarse: Ok @Eadwig we’ll just pretend 2019 hasn’t happened yet…and then you can be right. ROFL You mean like all those companies that haven’t reported FY 2019 results yet? You really are a tit.
