Settlement Halifax still not got my new GVC shares in my account, anybody else having the same problems?Anyone got their cash element yet as just looking for more ammo to go back to them with as this is not acceptable?Thanks.

In for a few more ahead of the merger & our then being viewed as a much bigger company.It will be interesting to see the extent of cost savings generated by merger synergies

BWIN Offer Any comments on what long suffering BWIN holders should do in terms of the offer? Take more cash or take more GVC shares in hope they rise. I am inclined to take the latter but would welcome any input free from anyone. Thanks. BM

Re: All resolutions passed As long suffering holder of BWIN I am hoping that GVC Board will at long last deliver for us. Been a bit of a rollercoaster but now the shareholders have appŕoved the deal I am confident that they will succeed where all the previous imposters have not. Please please Santa.

Re: All resolutions passed A bit f rebellion shown versus the Shares allocation element, and hopefully the Board will take some notice....but I suspect not. If they make me rich, I wont be too troubled. If they dont I will!

I have to agree with Eagle below (Thanks for the posts). I could hardly believe the RNS on Friday, looks like plain old greed by the directors. Sold all my GVC shares today. Best of luck to all who still hold!

They also seemed resistant to update the market more frequently on current trading. I thought it would help to have a monthly number and perhaps a 3month rolling number to smooth out extremes. They declined.

Hi roco / all. I too was at the presentation . I thought the guys presented well but no better than that. Indeed I will say they are resolute on jeapordising the div in any way show or form which I liked a lot. However they refuse to hedge the Euro exposure whi u was not so great to hear if you believe the EUR will move some more. They say they are addressing this with aiming any future acquisitions to be GBP earnings
