Results Due v soon & it will be interesting to see if our Board have been able to work their magic quickly in integrating Bwin & whether there will be a hint of an early restoration of our precious dividend,as,if so,our SP should continue its ascent.

Re: GVC to fold 2016 dividend All the statements I can find imply that dividends should resume in 2017, although it might be sooner if bwin beds in successfully and profitability improves quicker than originally foreseen.There may/should be more information in the full 2015 results in April.

GVC We appear to have been received well in the higher echelons of the quoted company world & presumably tracker & other funds are having to buy our shares,whether they want to or not,resulting in our firming SP.Lets hope that when our next update is released the merger is going very well & the expected synergies are being realised

Re: Thanks Norbert Agree Cool, but he is still ahead of the game. Few Brokers positive comments have lifted the price and counteracted some new short positions taken out by a few investors who may have needed to buy back in. Shame about that...not.I am confident in new management and sure price will continue to go up despite the big macro caveats hanging over all of us which we can't control. Very rarely add a buy or sell rating, but have on this occasion, so hope not the kiss of death.

Thanks Norbert I see that our new Non Exec has followed up his BWIN 'support' by selling 460k shares in GVC. I am sure he is free to do so and needs to pay the school fees, but to sell them so soon after the deal takes place hardly sends a positive message to shareholders and markets. Noted Mr Alexander?Looks like it was responsible for drop given the RNS date and time.

BWIN Ahhh This price action in recent days takes me back to my horrible nightmares with BWIN. Whilst I appreciate the market is taking a beating, 520-460 is Deja vu for me and I can feel the cold sweats already. Anybody know a good therapist as mine refuses to see me again!!!!

Re: Settlement Took the basic offer of 25p for each share just as a safety net, but delighted to see a rise in recent days. Had fingers burned with BWIN so safety first.

Re: Settlement I applied for 100% GVC shares,which I received-my only regret being that I did not buy more last week at just over 420p !Unless the story changes I intend holding mine for the longer term & our SP does decline to under 450p I will be buying more
