Strong trading update Announced today with very decent growth across all sectors & inclusion in the premium list from 1/8/16 should ensure increased Institutional & Tracker following.Pity no dividends until next year but they should resume at a decent level assuming our growth momentum & turnaround of BWIN continues at the current rate.

More good news today A premium listing should draw more Institutions to cast their eye over GVC & once the dividend is restored next year we should offer that attractive combination of growth & yield- a rare commodity in the investing world.

Re: Euros Hope you are right Dave297, but would be interesting to find out what the Board think about a vote in favour of leaving EU and likely impact on short and long term future for business. Any views from holders? Own view is 20% drop immediately but who really knows....certainly not out politicians judging by their performances to date.

Euros Should provide a welcome boost to out trade over the next 4 weeks,when footie betting is normally non existent.People with accounts may also be tempted to speculate in other offerings of our due the euphoria of the footie .... & large quantities of alcohol.The next update should be strong.

Great link up with Betfred..... .....and a very good indicator of the confidence in GVC and their model. This should be a good earner in the future, and may lead others to follow suit. This is a real boost after the Bwin uncertainty which GVC have put behind them some months ago. Wish I had bought more! Topping up now.

Results Very good solid set of results, but the big difference for me has been the more upbeat and positive messages from the Board. With BWIN/Party it was almost all doom and gloom, but this is a breath of fresh air. Happy days ahead I think.

Extract from Preliminaries The final two paragraphs of Lee Feldman's statement make very encouraging reading. Restating the commitment to restoring dividends as soon as borrowing facilities and finances allow - (there was early dividend restoration following takeover of Sportingbet). Also looking to make further future acquisitions!! Finally,Premium Listing would constitute a big step up from being an Aim stock!!! "The Company has a highly focused and entrepreneurial culture, supported by an employee cash bonus structure as well as its long term incentive plan with market-priced stock options together with a total shareholder return measure. Furthermore I, together with the executive directors, have acquired a highly meaningful personal financial stake which should assure shareholders that our financial interests are closely aligned. Returning cash to shareholders via dividends has been core to the Group’s philosophy and this remains the case. As with the Sportingbet acquisition, we aim to return to paying dividends as quickly as our borrowing facilities allow and is prudent from a balance sheet and cash flow perspective.GVC now has significant scale and capability, and has positioned itself to make further acquisitions if they are sufficiently accretive for shareholders. We operate in a challenging and competitive market but one that also presents significant opportunities. I believe the Group has never been better placed to face these challenges and pursue the many opportunities.GVC will be posting its Annual Report to shareholders on Saturday 30 April 2016 and it will be uploaded on our website (www.gvc-plc.com) from that date. Shareholders will already be aware that the terms of the debt facility prohibit a dividend being paid during 2016." :[link] nevertheless I am very optimistic regarding the results and looking forward to dividends in 2017.
