UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! Yea. UBS and Hof Hoorneman are high end Private Investment Banks and their GKP Nominee Accounts will hold shares for the rich & super rich. To include such Private Entities as UBS and Hof Hoorneman in a list of GKP Major Holders, I believe GKP had to ask permission, and from what was said a while back about UBS, the Data of their Holdings was definitely provided by ComputerShare the GKP Share Registrar, who know the movements of every single share. Point of Note . . . the simple fact that the Major Shareholders are continually trading their shares with many reducing, has to seen as disproving the claims that GKP has “arranged a takeover” or is being taken over soon are completely false.

UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! MikeyAdmin: It should be remembered that Hargreaves Lansdowne are a Broker My thinking is the same, UBS and Hof Hoorneman also invest on behalf of their private clients even though they are a totally different outfit from each other as well as from HL.

UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! It should be remembered that Hargreaves Lansdowne are a Broker (my Broker) and as such they hold their GKP Shares in a Nominee Account, and every Stock has its own Nominee Account. And due to Interactive Investors exorbitant charges I left and stuck my Shares into HL. So HL’s increased “GKP holding” is down to Private Investors increasing their holdings

UBS, HL and Huf Hoorneman topping up! image.png746x457 12.7 KB The above table was published yesterday, but as the buyback is still progressing it is only valid for 03/02/2020 when the free float = 216,221,787 shares. It is noticeable that the % holding of Huf-Hoorneman, UBS, and Hargreaves Lansdown is higher than they were in 15/01/2020 in a disproportionate way to the progression of the buyback: 1- UBS % is up from 3.41% (out of 217,912,216) to 4% (out of 216,221,787), this means that UBS bought ~ 1,218,065 more shares between 15/01/2020 to 03/02/2020. 2- Huf Hoorneman is up from 7.29% to 7.46%; top up is ~ 244,345 shares. 3- Hargreaves Lansdown PLC is up from 3.1% to 3.18%; top up is ~ 120,000 shares. 4- Possible tiny top-ups by BrightSphere Investment Group and Dimensional Fund Advisors. On the other hand, some major holders continue selling: 1- Capital Group holding is down to 4.15% (out of 216,221,787) from 4. 75% (out of 217,912,216). This means that CG sold ~ 1,377,646 shares in 13 trading sessions between 15/1 and 03/02. 2- JP Morgan Chase & Co is down to 3.95% from 3.98%; Sold ~ 132,147 shares. Lansdowne Partners, Sothic Capital Management and BlackRock Inc unchanged. Best Regards @ValueSeeker8

Major shareholders continue to sell In order to estimate how many shares BlackRock sold, I found the last time a TR-1 was issued regarding BlackRock crossing the 5% threshold. It is dated 12/08/2019. The free float was 226,627, 240 back then and BlackRock held 11,332,282 GKP shares which is just above 5%. But in 15/01/2020 they only hold 4.43% out of 217,912,216; which is ~ 9,653,511 shares. Therefore, from 12/08/19 to 15/01/20, they sold circa 1,678,771 GKP shares. Best Regards @ValueSeeker8

Theoryman Hi, what difference is there in terms of evidential weight, between a Study like the Ryder Scott one and the ERCE Competent Person’s Report? Dynamic Global Advisers did two (2) Shaikan “Resource Evaluations” in Jan 2010 and April 2011, but being an “unknown” American outfit the Market didn’t believe them So GKP Commissioned Ryder Scott to do a Shaikan Resource Evaluation to prove or back up DGA’s two Reports. The Ryder Scott Report confirmed DGA’s Reports. Note . . The DGA and Ryder Scott where to confirmed the GKP Resource Evaluations . . . and they all confirmed GKP’s own Competent Persons, done by John Gerstenlauer Chief Operating Officers, Oil in Place Findings of circa 13.7bboip (Billion Barrels of Oil in Place) The ERCE CPR, as a Competent Persons Report is a different kettle of fish and should not be compared with a “Resource Report” The ERCE CPR deals with the Oil horizons/levels that GKP are producing “from” which are in the Jurassic . . not the entire Shaikan Oil Field in which there is also the Triassic and Permian which are NOT being produce from . . . and Triassic has hardly been fully Appraise, and the Permian, despite two attempts SH-1 & SH-7, as yet has only been “poked” GKP brought in a hugely powerful Drill to drill SH-7, which had high pressure mud pumps and used high pressure surface equipment, but the downhole boulder like geology defeated the huge drill and it had used up all its pipe sizes without reaching the Permian. So SH7 was turned into another Jurassic Producer IMO of course
