Re: Under 3p Could not help myself- waded in and topped up again.

Under 3p Under 3p - This is as low as its been since 2009- a great buying op if we are solvent but obviously very serious concerns due to decreasing revenues from oil price and consequential expedient reductions in CAPEX etc.The last figures we have were $6m in the bank after first quarter and what I would like to know is what is the current cash burn? We are obviously still getting paid for our oil- but we have cut back on volume and price per barrel. Crucial factor is how long we can keep cash reserves up and pay off interest payments on loans before oil price starts to recover which may be a few months or may be a few years. Saudis do have deep pockets and enormous reserves!I can't make a buying decision until CAZA let us have the latest cash balance and latest cash burn and debt obligations. Please inform us now!!! Then maybe we can all start buying! Trouble is as soon as info is released the sp will rocket or drop accordingly so really its down to us to figure it out before the city if we want to enjoy the ride or avoid the fall!

Re: Are management for real? 5Iron Click on Investors then Fillings and Year End Reports then see the AGREE etc boxes at the bottom of the page then the Annual Meeting link. That's if you are after where I got the extract from. If more then sorry but I haven dug deeper for quite some time. This so reminds me of Petropavlovsk when many thought the share price had fallen too much at four (even five) pounds and management ended up discounting down to 5p on a nigh on 16:1 RI.

Re: Are management for real? ( Indolent, I can't find that proposal on the CAZA website- can you point me in the right direction please.

Re: Are management for real? ( Sadly it seems this company is in death throes. It had a lot going for it but can't see the oil price coming back in time. Some one will pick up a steal here for their assests.

Are management for real? ( Is this, put politely, wishful thinking or is there substance to the claimed potential advantages particularly in a UK / LSE context?Sixty shares in to one proposed consolidation. [link] Corporation’s management believes that a share consolidation will provide the Corporation with increased flexibility when considering, negotiating and obtaining financing opportunities, and acquiring oil and gas related assets. In particular, management anticipates that as a result of the Consolidation the trading price of the Common Shares will increase significantly, which may result in, among other things, (i)increasing the pool of potential investors in the Common Stock because the investment policies of certain investors only permit acquiring securities with a trading price which exceeds the market price at which the Common Shares have historically traded; and (ii) listing the Common Shares on a stock exchange more appropriate for the Corporation’s business activities where there may be greater investor interest. seeking greater investor interest in and possible demand for the Common Shares, the Corporation may enhance its market valuation and improve its ability to raise public and private equity as and when appropriate for its financing needs. There are no assurances however that the market price of Common Shares will increase as a result of the Consolidation. The Consolidation will not change a shareholder’s proportionate ownership interest in the Corporation.

A placing or RI soon? They've got to pay down some of that debt and beef up working capital surely even if the prediction in the link that follows is bettered by, say, five percent and happens a month or so earlier. [link]

Malcy says they have auctioned off some smaller plots of land? Is he talking about the sale over 1 year ago? It was a mostly a gas asset sale. If not what is he talking about? Did they sell some land and it has not been announced yet?

BarnickleBill 17 Jun 2015

Malcys on Tiptv Malcy talks about Caza on Tiptv today (around 9 mins 20 in) worth watching the beginning though.(www.) tiptv.co.uk/archives/oil-bucket-list-winners-underperformers/

my buy is a sell! I bought a few today and see my trade is down as a sell on iii? Odd! Anyway thought it was worth a dabble at 3.39p! Been buying these periodically and selling when it goes over 20p- done it a few times- lets hope I get another chance- come on oil price!

peytonstorm 16 Jun 2015

Vote no on the 60/1 reverse split!! The preferred A shares is a poison pill to make it difficult for a takeover! Where is the shareholder value Mr Ford? SELL the company now!! If this reverse split occurs shareholders will never recoup their losses

Re: summary Hi Ripley,I don't know if many of the boiler room manoeuvres can be done these days but I can't see how many AIM tips make most PIs that follow them money. A few if well practiced and quick but not most and certainly not many of the newbies. Imagine when AIM tipster, newbie and gearing meet. Another question in my mind is when is an article a tip. If they keep being predominately positive then it seems more like a tip over time. And when the share price continues down for sometime I can't help wondering if it is expensive for the many and lucrative for the few. Or maybe I'm wrong and it is fine, upstanding, impartial journalism and the opportunity is just misunderstood. Bottom line: the small cap end of the equity market (particularly hydrocarbons) is for sub-sector experts in my view. (I just find this one compelling and want to know how it ends.)Indy

Re: summary Hi indolent.I have often wondered that ....re compensated. Or are they wine and dined.Whats your view ?But like all brokers tips / rec... Don't they buy them first knowing that in itself will cause a rise and sell into it .

Re: Recovery in SP Tom, I doubt management or their backers knows that let alone PIs. Given that 'ever' and 'never' are both a long time if you want the input of other PIs you might get more from the LSE (London South East) site's Caza board. There used to be even more posts on ADVFN's one but I found that too full of manipulative bs so haven't looked at it for about a year.I've wondered if there would be quite a hard and moderately enduring bounce at about 2.5p courtesy of the bravest of the AIM hot money brigade but be careful as they are selling when trying to browbeat others in to buying. Good luck, Indy

Tom Story 22 May 2015

Recovery in SP Does anyone expect the share price to recover to 20p?I bought these a while back have big losses.
