Re: Reconstruction Hi Rob,AXM are positioning themselves to move forward and it looks like Ebullio have seen the excellent upside we are all awaiting. I am just looking at the license agreement with Ebullio link below. Ebullio have disposed of 7.8pc of axm shares to the consortium as part of the equity sale of at least 20pc hinterest in RCR Quantum, so obviously from the declaration figures they have disposed of the said shares, my questions are.....1. Why have the consortium not notified the market that they held 7.8pc?2. If the disposal of shares is complete, has the sale completed in its entirety and therefore AXM should be receiving monies accordingly?[link]

Re: Reconstruction [link] Rosser, Chief Executive Officer said: "We appreciate the support of our existing shareholders who have participated in this fundraising. Ebullio's participation is especially valued as we have developed a close relationship together over the last few years. We also look forward to updating the market with developments regarding Ebullio's Sivas copper project in Turkey, as announced on 16 April 2015, where it has the potential to use Alexander's proprietary leaching technologies."NORTHLAND CAPITAL PARTNERS VIEW: It is positive to see Ebullio continuing to support Alexander Mining as the Company looks to advance its patented technology towards commercial production. Alexander Mining and Ebullio are working together to evaluate the potential of using Alexander Mining’s technology on the Sivas Copper Project.[link]

Re: Reconstruction Well here is my take on the latest news from compass though probably i have missed things.Delisting of compass but things still going ahead maybe bad news for compass shareholders but likely to save a lot of time. Some more background on cove house. And on page 154 suggestion that components that will be put in use are consistent with AXM tech (probably).[link] suffering shareholders recapture value in their shareholding..early production existing oxide stockpile(revisit relisting)review consider development of sulphide deposit2 reps from cove house on boardMoving CMR shareholders meeting to DarwinThe trustees of compass resources creditors trust will 1.2 million aus dollars on closing of all claimsIf the transaction does not proceed.. forced into administration and liquidation (cmr)No alternative...The Proposed Transaction will result in diluting the current Non-Associated Shareholders interest in CMR from 21.2% to as little as 4.1%.but the joint venturers have completed scoping studies on developing a large underground base metal mine at the Browns deposit and a copper sulphate production project based on the Browns oxide deposit.. but Ravensgate say that there are no up to date resources estimates for either the oxide or sulphide deposit (jorc 2012) though work has been done in the past.Interesting snippetspage 111page 153/4

Re: Reconstruction page 17[link] initial focus will be the development of the Browns Oxide deposit by way of a heap leach operation to recover copper in the form of copper sulphate crystals. In Stage One of the development the Company will undertake an Optimisation Study to establish the full feasibility of proceeding with such project which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016. In the event the Study is positive, it is expected the Company will commence development of the heap leach project in the first quarter of 2016 and be in production by the end of the second quarter of 2016. oIn parallel with the development of the heap leach, the Company will continue to explore the development of the Sulphide Deposit at Browns centred on the Scoping Study referred to above. Re: compass directors Furthermore to my previous post, the announcements might not seem significant but are probably part of the administration process having been bankrupt. Rumours in Aus is that it's definitely happening

Re: compass directors Looking positive Rob, great opportunity to put some in an isa at these levels. Rewards could be massive. What other stocks do you follow?

Re: AGM Thanks Rob, the presentation, very good, Mexico looks new. There was a bit about the tech being the most important technological invention of the last century... I will contact my friends in Aus to see if activity is hitting up in the northern territory, such as recruiting taking place etc

Re: AGM Sorry Cumisk to busy today to go and if i had i would probably been in the the mood to try to give them in the pants which might have been a wste of time. [link] presentation just confirms what we already knew or suspected, plans for pilot plant in turkey and to get the stage where a central plant can take zinc from all over the country. Plans to reboot the browns project with compass then form a strategic partnership to target other projects. Probably waiting for Ebullio to sell a stake of RCR quantum and “Compass is currently working to complete requisite financing and regulatory procedures”. Of the two it will probably be a lot easier for Ebullio to complete quickly and the ordinary shareholder will likely not hear a whisper till it actually happens. If things follow their usal pattern there will be a sudden unexplained movement in the share price and sometime later we will get the news that explains why.The presentation does do a comprehensive job of explaining how great the tech is but that only makes it more annoying that the firm has not got its act together yet.
