Onlooker, I wonder if he is actually in ROI, or still in Australia? because if he is in ROI, and could have attended the court in Singapore a week or so ago, the court must deem the whole case with distain and total contempt for the ROI for wasting everyone's time. Surely the court must feel that ROI have played this out to try and incur additional legal costs, then ROI stated that CHL didn't have the cash to continue, well they got that wrong. I'm sure that the court have seen through ROI, like the rest of us. GLA
icebear, the missing prosecution witness was the local Regent, who took the licence away from CHL and gave it to his Brother in Law. He then disappeared to Australia, when he now resides ! it would seem fairly obvious that he didn't fancy spending his life in prison
Orbitor, I totally agree with your comment. Also, the ROI Trade minister is visiting the UK and you can bet there will be pressure bought to sort this ongoing CHL case.
Rotivatorman, Phase 2 start date APRIL, close date November. I've been so long, that a few months is neither here nor there
