The way around that is to process all the tailings to a clean state ie they follow on with the secondary processing without delay, therefore more details/finance required sooner than BMR may like.
Devil's advocate....would ZEMA not want guarantees and details/clarification on the 2nd stage of the zinc/lead process as its a huge volume left just sitting there only part processed/cleaned?

not much to talk about at the moment. Pending ZEMA, rejected, granted, granted with conditions? Following which need details of proposed programme and financing to get this moving. Simples!
Well I suppose until ZEMA clarifies if any conditions required for approval, the total figure is unknown.
Who knows, dont get this mobile idea either, a lot of this plant will need proper foundations the MGS machines for example are heavy and will need a good solid level base. Then all the power/water supplies need to be moved with it. Sounds simple on paper doesnt it.
