Anyone know how much ACC Imvestment held before today's RNS?

@ Sully, thanks for the "PG" warning on the link yesterday. Nearly hit the roof when I read it at first, had to read it a few times to figure out that TOR still saying the same thing. Does "watch this space" rank higher than "nearing completion" in terms of a deal being done???

Sully you turncoat, thought we had a deal you wouldn't publish anything this week. WELL DONE

Not sure but may have quoted an older Sequa bond issued. Apologies, if I have, as previously stated, totally outside my area of expertise

11:06 29/01/2015

If memory serves me correctly, Sequa appointed Aneo Capital SA to manage the issue. The bond is listed on Euronext as SEQUAORNFRN31DEC20. My understanding is that it's not underwritten by an independent party, so that only leaves Sapinda to possibly underwrite it. The bond issue is totally outside my area of expertise, so if anyone cares to contribute further, please do.

Hi Spuddy, what's your knowledge of bonds/bond market like???

14:24 27/01/2015

Hi Spuddy, agree with you on AFREN and the thin volumes. In addition to what you said on fracking, most fracking in the States has a breakeven point of $80 a barrel, rigs are hired on long term contracts, so producers waiting until end of contract and then decommissioning. As you say Q3/Q4 is when this is expected to wash through the system. Expect price to rebound to $80 per barrel then. Oil companies currently valuing future projects at this mark.

Just a thought, what does AFREN who have net debt of $720m, have to do with PVR whose net debt at the moment is negilgible ???
