There was a rumour about Exxon making an announcement re: Ireland soon. Although this may have been started by BullBoyJ.

Thanks Spuddy, great article.

Hey Spuddy, "eagles may soar but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines". The O'Reilly's tend to be eagles in their business dealings. Think we still have a chance of soaring on any number of fronts, probably in this order, Dunquin, Barryroe and then Spanish Point. Hope we're not in a flight path

Asadi, how are you today ???

Very familiar with Smurfit's, used to work for them. Got a broker tip for Smurfit Kappa when it was €3. Wish I'd taken it.

Godot, the watched kettle never boils, do you think we could be watching this too much ???

Hi Spuddy, not a good day, but without any news, there is no justification for the share going one way or the other. The volumes are slightly higher than normal, but not at a level that would indicate something concrete. I'm just waiting on an RNS that will either be full duck or no dinner.

Godot. like your analysis today.

I actually enjoyed that ramper last week, he might actually have been effective. When he started the share price was about £1 and then went up to £1.10, since he's been exposed the share price has gone back down to currnt prices, coincidence ???

Shadow, I bought on a pre-drilling results rumour about 2003. Post drilling the share price collapsed, so I bought more, waited until they went drilling again, sold half and proceeds covered the other half. Have had that small holding ever since, but added a large amount (for me) this year. My breakeven price if £2.50. The share price has always gone up when they were going drilling and down afterwards. You've seen all these lows before and know the price will go up substantially on any news
