Results Well looks like a few folk have got bored of waiting and sold up. Personally invested for the longer term and the big contract news.Last years results were 5th June so not long to wait for a full update if no contract news in the meantime.Tick up if anyone still hanging in here for the big news and just chilling and waiting........

New Contract Light on specifics (eg. client, value of deal or even country involved), but WSG announced last week that they have won a contract for handheld explosive detectors in Central Africa.Obviously, ascribing any value to this as a PI is impossible, but at least avguely reassuring to know business continues to be done.

Middle East Update RNS tomorrow "As mentioned in our December Project Opportunity Update, plans are in place to raise the required funds to support investment in the new Middle East project and other potential new Managed Services contracts, details of which will be announced later in Q1 2018."Details of the funding plan and project and other potential new Managed Services contracts. I reckon we might be getting some meat on those bones tomorrow

MCT - Muscat I think it highly unlikely that WSG's has won a major contract at the Muscat new airport.The airport opens in 5 days and all the trials are either well advanced or completed.Quote

Wsg If it is Oman, like everyone i'm baffledinconceivable the airport don't know if the security is fully integrated and match fit so i fail to see how the ORAT trial is the last hurdle, what do they do if there is an omission/glich during the last trial run, shut the airport for 18 months and tender again, to fit a loose cable,on the flip side if they have other plans not including WSG why would they maliciously wait till opening after 2 yrs of negotiations to tear it up, and then expect WSG to come back bend over backwards for the other services they requested that are WSG 's speciality,so a positive, and we hope our 2+2 is 4anyhow bb a joke, last post
