Re: shareholders So if you are so sure this will be delisted, why did you put a strong buy yesterday?

Re: shareholders I would hope it will be the ex KGB toe rag giving Urals money - not the other way about

valuation at 5p UEN is worth today 30 cents a barrel as the value of a barrel of oil in the ground depends onthe time taken to get it above ground. UENl's reserves are being depleted at 2.36% ayear; a barrel of UEN is being sold in 29.0 years. If one discounts the receipts at 10%, the present value of UEN's production is about 5% of the well-head value. If onediscounts UENl receipts by 15%, which may not be an excessive allowance for capitalscarcity, the present value is a little under 1%.This explains why there is a huge gain in applying money and know-how to deplete the UENreserves more quickly. One can only hope that UEN will accept that time is money, and that they are better off with a less-than-perfect share of the gains than with holding on to a sterile ownership.THerefore this company will be delisted imo

Re: RNS If 10 to 12p would do you nicely why didn't you sell last month when it went above that - or did you only buy when it went back down the tubes? I want 20p for all the f'n heartache they have put me through over the years. 10 to 12p just aint gonna cut it.

I just gave UEN a BUY rating: Receipt of tanker payment and discharge of Petraco loan - r r The Board of Urals Energy (AIM: UEN), the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, is pleased to announce that it has received the payment from Petraco Oil Company Limited ("Petraco") following its recent tanker shipment (the "Tanker Payment").r r Following receipt of the Tanker Payment, Urals Energy has also repaid $3.9 million plus interest representing the full amount drawn under the short-term loan from Petraco, further details of which were announced on 6 June 2014.r r Andrew Shrager, Chairman, commented: "We are pleased to be able to announce receipt of the Tanker Payment and the repayment of the short-term loan from Petraco, the result of which is that Urals Energy is now debt free. We look forward to updating shareholders on progress in securing an agreement to settle litigation with Mr V Rovneiko and our operational plans for 2015 over the coming weeks.".. Will I be right? Re: RNS 10-12p do me nicely.gla

Vincentinvestor1 26 Nov 2014

RNS [link] had enough cash left in their accounts to repay outstanding petraco loan without the need for a visit to the shareholders atm ( i was wrong on that assumption !!!!! ) new management is moving forward quicklythey will announce a settlement with Roveikno within a couple of weeksif thats done, they will not have any off balance claims that could jeopardize a quick delisting from the aim marketlook for a 10 - 12 pence bid for delisting, start accumulating asap from current SP levelsimo

Re: SP Volatility its all there but people should start reading the information cy is providing them, in May of this year UEN had an outstanding loan facility of 7.6 million US$ with Petraco, 28.10 this amount increased to 13.6 million US$ in Octnetback has decreased with 30% this means that UEN is no position today to repay this outstanding amount this is just a short term cash deficiency but it needs to be repaid, either per shareholders atm ( as i explained in the past ) or a debt facility, as long that theres the risk for shareholders dilution SP will not riseimo

woodcroft53 19 Nov 2014

SP Volatility Up & down like a hores drawers and we have already been taken for enough rides with this one!Good to see one millstone removed all the same and must bode well for the future.
