Re: The Future The Co will not fold because it is very near to achieving sustainable positive cashflows as it produces tested technologies that save real cash for clients. Only question is, will another Rights Issue be needed next year (highly probable) and at what dilution to existing shareholders...maybe another 10-20% extra shares but it need not be at a price lower than 4p...also, there are always new willing shareholders to take any slack up. So it is a matter of holding our nerve and bracing for a few more bumpy months.IntelliSaw ate up most of the cash as the Co probably felt they could afford to splash out so as to build it up quickly...Translogic is CF positive and SawSense is near B/Even...so I think the cash burn (still 3 mln in the Bank) will slow down a bit as the Co preserves cash in a wait-and-see mode.

The Future Sadly, TRT seems to be going the same way as other companies such as NXT. They possess some innovative technology but they just can't make the breakthrough in terms of sales and casg flow. Eventually they just fold up once the cash calls have been exhausted.I wonder what happens to the inventions and patents etc when these companies fold. You can bet somebody somewhere will reap the rewards. It probably won't be the long suffering shareholders. I just hope I'm wrong.

Re: Intelwind and AGM this EUR700.000 payment would come at the right time!

longtermBLVR 07 Dec 2014

Intelwind and AGM [link] any mention of Intelwind made at the AGM? Above link (you can just read the introduction!) shows the huge potential. Wasn't the Co supposed to receive its first payment this year (Q4 2013 financial year i.e by summer 2014? maybe it will appear in the H1 2014 results...

Re: AGM is the past predictive of the future???...time will tell! I reckon it's 50/50...but I repeat...another cash call is not the end of the world...yes, it reduces future returns but by how much, when the potential is so obvious?

Re: AGM Sorry but we have waited years for a big contract.Lost faith it will come in the next six months.

longtermBLVR 28 Nov 2014

Re: AGM cash until June 2015? sounds positive - this means 5-6 months for 2-3 big contracts potentially...worst case scenario a 10-15% dilution next year, assuming no success in sales efforts...price is picking up...no panic sales!

TOm Winnifrith Tom Winnifrith in his bearcast video has just lambasted the RNS yesterday and the company as a whole. It is definitely worth a listen It seems after his attacks on Quindell he is now starting on us I was just about to repurchase some of my sales of yesterday but wll hold fire after listening to him.Would like to hear other views in this Bearcast.

AGM Same old story I am afraid. We have sold some products albeit, insmall amounts, and many companies have tested our products and like them. However to get them to sign on the bottom line is another matter. The mining industry seems to have closed up shop as far as spending is concerned for the time being, so it is going to be a long hard slog.WE seem to have enough cash until next june.

Re: AGM [link] I'm not mistaken, resolutions 5 & 6 within above notice re AGM (dd 23 October) seem to indicate that the Co will try to raise another 1.3 mln...?At 4p, this is another 30 mln shares (appx) i.e. 10% dilution?

Lensl 27 Nov 2014

AGM Does anyone who attended the AGM have any feedback from discussions and Q & A at the AGM?Schlomo I have a gut feeling that you jumped too quickly if it was you that was the large seller this morning.

longtermBLVR 27 Nov 2014

Re: Yikes Price has not budged since the initial mark down from 6p to 4p...despite panic sells of less than 1% of share capital (more buys than sells)...hardly what would constitute "massive dumping"...Obviously the market is more sanguine than many PIs...share drop reflects the dilution coming up so no point in selling now.Co still has cash, it is just being proactive in preparing for a worst case scenario...yes, the company's history also tells us that each day passing by, is a day nearer profitability (despite the ups and downs of getting there). Re: Yikes Dumped my holding this morning and feel lucky to have got out at 4p.Yet another fund raising given this company's history? Will be lucky to get it away at 2p I reckon.

longtermBLVR 27 Nov 2014

Re: Yikes We all know that the Co needed time to increase revenues to self-sustainability...also, that there was a high chance of a further cash call. Even on higher sales, more working capital would become necessary. Now, this uncertainty is out of the way...the Co clearly stated that cash needs to be raised.Price dropped in response to the potential (almost certain) dilution...The Co is not going bust and the Co will achieve its potential. To sell out now means selling at the bottom (IMHO)...even at 4p, the market gives the Co a value of almost 12 million...not the sign of a failed company...DYOR

Re: Yikes Well i'm in the area so i may as well try to get there just to see what they have to say on a more personal basis. I didn't sell as it had already moved by the time i saw the RNS but can't fault you for doing so. This is proving to be the worst investment i've ever made.
