Re: Now SP Angel's view on Scotgold, interesting read:"Scotgold Resources reports the initial results of its Bulk Processing trials at the Cononish deposit in Scotgold. Although the company acknowledges that “there is currently insufficient data available to draw definitive conclusions”. Tests show that “feed grade is in line with the expected 7.6g/t Au and 39 g/t Ag estimated average for the stockpile.” Initial test results suggest that much of the gold at Cononish is likely to be recoverable using relatively low cost gravity recovery methods. The continuing test work should generate the detailed information required to help in detailed design of the flowsheet and process plant. We look forward to further information as the test work progresses."(Taken from Research Tree)

Re: Now I'm back in.It's a no brainer for me.Political uncertainty, PoG in $ is rising, weaker £ so even more gain for PoG in £, Cononish Gold on it's way.Now the only stock I hold, not a vast sum of money, but safer here.GL

The Future is Golden While we wait on news of Cononish Production and Europe here is something old to ponder your thoughts over, individually thought provoking together well you decide !Easy reading Project descriptionNyree HillThis project aims to develop genetic models for gold and associated precious metal mineralisation through a multi-aspect study on mineralised and unmineralised veins in the Scottish Highlands. These models will assist Scotgold Resources Ltd in their regional exploration and to increase cost-effectiveness of drilling and exploration programs by developing key indicators for mineralisation. The multi-aspect approach aims to utilise stable isotope, fluid inclusion microthermometry and dating methods in conjunction with petrography and geochemistry to constrain the nature of mineralising events. ObjectivesExamine new gold occurrences in Scottish Highlands and integrate data with data from Cononish.Develop paragenetic sequences for individual vein sets and place these within the genetic sequence of the wider area.Develop geochronology of vein sets within Scotgold’s exploration license areas in particular around Cononish and Glen Orchy.Assess the link between mineralisation and igneous bodies as potential heat and fluid sources through geochemical characterisation and dating.Does it work ? They gave Nyree a job !You decide , below is all within 10km of Cononish , the very same area Nyree was working on Structural Study completed and used with existing data to develop a prospectivity map for gold in the Cononish / Glen Orchy option area, comprising approximately 250 km2 out of 4,100 km2 in total under option.· 6 highly prospective targets are identified within 2.5 km of the Cononish Gold and Silver Project· 5 further highly prospective targets are outlined within study area.· The study has highlighted the Beinn Udlaidh and Arrivain areas in particular as having prospectivity at least comparable to the Cononish deposit and further exploration work for these is being prioritised accordingly.· Further work now planned to expand the collection of structural data and coverage of the prospectivity map regionally.· The study also indicates that structural analysis will be a key tool for the identification of "pay shoots" within the Cononish deposit and therefore is expected to assist with future resource expansion at depth and on strike.[link]

Podcast 100k explained There was some confusion to the reference of only 100k revenue from the BPT in the podcast below explains what will be 100k revenue per month The 100k from the Podcast explained , 2400 tons divided by 6 months = 400 tons per month400 tons at 7.9Au & 39.9Ag = app 108 oz at app 70% recovery = 70 ish ouncesSo the plan is to process app 400 tons per month for app 70 oz per month Take $1250 and add 20% premium x by 70 and you get app $100,000 USD each monthSo $1,500 an ounce for Scottish Gold What other miner gets $1,500USD for their gold So with $1million ASD in the bank and 200,000 euros in SGZ France and $100,000 USD coming every month it don't look to bad

Re: Newbie here Welcome HighlandMalt , nice choice of handle .My preference is Tyndrum Gold

HighlandMalt 18 May 2016

Newbie here Hi Folks,Long term lurker / avid reader here and I thought it high time I signed up to the board ... especially now that the BPT plant is up and running.I have been into Scotgold for over six and a half years and first bought 10,000 shares on the ASX before we were AIM listed @ 13 cents a share. When we listed on the AIM, my initial investment was £400 @ 6.75p. Been topping up ever since. This time next year, Rodders
