Re: What a load of b If the deal gets approved there will still be around £1million in payables, no cash, no board and one asset which doesn't produce anything. They are basically reliant on raising enough funds selling Kansas to ensue it can become a shell company on AIM and then become an investment company. A company shell on AIM is reckoned to be worth £600k which is less than half of today's price and it will still need a discounted share placing - so despite there remaining a high risk if insolvency this remains overvalued by 100%.
