Re: Something to look forward to at last BafflerMarket cap of £4.5m at 4p a share Cash burn of $2m/monthDelivering EBITDA positive 2019 requires additional sales . At 50% margin would need to be circa £50m of revenue but that is a wild guess and feels optomistic for % marginRamping up production and paying for the pallets will cost say £10MFunding the ramp up and ongoing losses means RM2 need something like 18months cash burn or $36M = £25M plus production costs of £10MTo raise £35M means a dilution of 9 for 1 on current shareholders unless they take up rightsI suppose it could happen - Woodford does seem to either supportive or has he just lost the plot!Anyway not for me but you could put in £40k and get 1% of the business - and good luck to youDeep

Re: Something to look forward to at last Fred,You are having a laugh aren't you? Nobody can describe last Fridays RNS as anything but sensational news for shareholders. In addition to my post I stupidly omitted to post the other big clue and that was the award that they won. It brings industry recognition, credibility and above publicity.Enjoy the ride Fred.Fred, I think you are being mischievous you naughty man! lol This is truly an outstanding rescue plan. It was obvious to me at least from January. I don't know about the old crew as I came on board when I read that damning Sunday Times article. The new crew have delivered (almost) a classic rescue turnaround. They deserve praise. Yesterday's RNS had numerous clues - When did you or any other reader see the word 'remarkable' used in that way? When did you ever get a CEO of a company that is on its uppers come out and say EbITDA next year? They are waiting until the end this month for the Fortune 500 business to place an order (they are clearly very confident of this). Why else would they be so loud about shareholder support and EbITDA next year? They will announce this first I suspect and it will either go hand in hand or followed closely by the financial and commercial re-birth package. This will be followed by several more orders and by June latest we will be approaching 20pence. All 100% impo/dyor

Re: Something to look forward to at last Lets be very honest, the rise from GBP 0.01 to GBP 0.04, whilst very nice, it probalby only means most investors are losing a little less than they were before. The sale of a building (asset) is an outstanding rescue plan ???? Hardly, smacks of last chance more than outstanding,.A "classic rescue turnaround" ?? In what sense ? They rasied a little extra capital that will keep them going for another month or two at best, but still no revenue stream from pallet sales. All the talk about "Fortune 500 companies" is very nice but we've heard it before and since quite a while now. If you want, I speak to a Fortune 500 company almost every week.....Tesco's !!!! We have had no news about new sales for quite a while now, a lot of "potential leads" but no hard and fast sales and it is this they need to generate revenue, hot air is nice but freely available.

Re: Something to look forward to at last What outstanding job ? Thy sold an office building and got approx $2mio net for it, at their rate of cash burn, it won't last long and we'll be back in the same position (without one of the major assets thus making it even less attractive to potential punters)Nothing has fundamentally changed, they still yak on about "potential" clients in fortune 500 companies without mentioning any details or names and "potential" investors" who are going to jump in any time from now.No mention of sales or current business I note, if these were good, surely they would be mentioned.....
