ELioT ownership What is striking is the lack of value put on the ELioT tracking system in the annual accounts (21 May 2018) but their is a cost of ELioT in paragraph 18, "Administritive Costs" of $1,021,504 (2017) up from $82,666 (2016-Restated) which suggests RM2 do NOT own the ELioT system but use it under license and pay for the use.I wonder who developed this and who owns it, was it somebody formerly associated with the company who pulled a fast one ?

Re: They are getting to grips, at long l... The only thing new about what RM2 are trying to do is the amount of cash they have burnt/wasted doing it !A pallet remains a pallet and is used for logistic handling.Tracking pallets/containers is nothing new, there are plenty of companies doing this already. Do we know if RM2 own outright the ELioT tracking system, i don't think they do, they just have a license or an agreement to use it and pay the owner.Tracking a pallet is probably very useful, but all it tells you is the location of the pallet, not what is on it and that is the essential thing you need to know. The cash burn for this company is phenomenal and not real results so far.Manufacturing in China, that's been talked about for over 18 months now, any supplier will want a lot of up-front payment before they start manufacturing now.New sales, Fortune 500 companies.....It is either good and is shown to work and they sign up, or they move on, it doesn't take a year to come to an agreement for an intermediate transport/logistic solution for a decision to use which type of pallet/logistic service. As to your earlier question Baffler, i only hold a small amount of shares, i sold out at an average of GBP 00.35 when i had the chance

Re: They are getting to grips, at long l... BafflerNever held any shares in RM2. Looked into due to lots of hype around IPO and stellar BOD but have never understood what is new about what they are doing and even less why they choose to start manufacturing in the not exactly low cost Canada. After that I tracked for amusement as Woodford, enthusiasts and rampers came and went on this board all explaining how great the coy/product were.If you bought in at around £0.01 then good luck and you may make a few £. Those who bought into the IPO are essentially wiped out.Deep

Re: They are getting to grips, at long l... Morning Deep,I confess to being more hopeful than optimistic. I concur with much of what you say. Have you been badly burned here?As a I posted recently I only became interested in RM2 after reading the disparaging article in the Sunday Times and in my eyes and through the rose coloured glasses that I imagine you seeing me wearing, they have not put a foot wrong.Mazula and Hanson and the talented teams behind them have with the support of Woodward starting untangling the almighty mess that they appear to have found themselves in. The product is clearly credible and to sort of out the manufacturing bases now that you have the cash to do that is the most logical next move. They have indicated that they have sales momentum but if they are going to reach that huge milestone of EbITDA next year they must have a solid manufacturing base. Hence China. The question that yesterday poses is does footprint mean more additional manufacturing? Why use the word 'footprint'?I am very happy with my investment but do not expect to see any movement until at least the third quarter this year. 2019 should/could see the first rays of weak sunshine appearing.dyor/impo.

Re: They are getting to grips, at long last! BafflerI know you are optimstic on RM" butRegards being EBITDA positive. In my experiance CEO's love it as it sounds great BUT A. The "I" and the "T" still have to be paid and funded. B. Warren B had a rule about never investing in companies who talked about what he called bullsh't or EBITDAAs regards China manufacturing I thought that that had already been arranged but the "partners" in China were too savvy to commit capacity without cash up front. Perhaps that is why the "footprint" [you must love the management speak] is being reviewedI caonly repeat. Get out if you canDeep

They are getting to grips, at long last! Kevin Mazula and Co. have certainly gotten to grips with what was needed. I like the re-affirmation of general ebitda in 2019 - didn't need to say that to-day but they did! and the strong hint towards China manufacturing.Positives to me.impo/dyor

Re: Glimmer of hope ========== =======Now Woodford has 68% of the company, he has to lauch take over bid according to the rules.========== =======The *UK* takeover rules don't apply to RM2 - it's not a "UK" company!
