Provexis Fact is that anyone who invested years ago would have to have averaged down massively to have any chance of getting their stake back. Far too many tried to comfort themselves that McKeeve buying in big was some kind of guarantee of future success. Yes Mr Lucas has invested material funds but at near historical lows - totally different to most long term holders position. SIS was the transformationally ruinous moment for pxs and the subsequent and continued near indifference shown by the bod in largely undeserved remuneration.

Provexis When Evil Knevil was shorting PXS in 2010 he said he couldn’t see any value in FF, he isn’t someone who looks after his health though was my thinking of dismissing that stance.

Provexis A crucial point for me NOR is that the BOD do not want to understand that our frustration is borne partly because it is always jam tomorrow here … case in point is By-Health who we were initially told would see product by end of 2017.Two years later and still no sign of anything concrete yet.Yet bod remuneration gets ever higher. Absolutely unjustifable by any metric you could reasonably use. The shareholders are being milked dry. The bod know it and could not care less. Aimho.Dyor.

Provexis Poor IF, Aussie is expensive. His ‘pivotal role’ as Capt of the PXS ship ( or is it a rubber dinghy) all depends how big the pond he is in is . As pointed out 1st Class in a very small pond and they all have top private Dr’s health insurance so have regular MOTs. My fear is the pond is drying out.

Provexis NOR - IF plays a pivotal role in pxs at the moment.I have no desire to see him replaced because of this. However as we both know he is currently receiving an excessive remuneration for the duties he currently carries out, namely admisnistering the patent filing process and managing the realtionship with DSM and By-Health.His latest remuneration is now £116k pa and he recently received 50m share options excerciseable at 0.3p with no detail on the performance obligation required to obtain them. It is exactly this largesse and laissez-faire attitude to shareholders that has caused such painful dilution for 10 years now. Getting Buck to take less (probably due to pressure from our main shareholder) was long overdue but sadly partly negated by IF seeing his remuneration increase yet again as they gave him another job title effectively trying to justify the extra pay. Once again we all know how and why they can continue to get away with it though?!!

Provexis peppapig: Another delayed 7.5m just appeared, whats your view Bernie ? I kind of wonder if it’s Stuart Lucas increasing his position ( and just said much the same over on lse ). Could be someone else entirely of course. If there wasn’t more than 24 hours between the latest one and the 7.5 delayed trade I might be thinking soneone’s doing a Bed and ISA, but, especially given we’re half way through the tax year, that seems unlikely
