Provexis ade123a: Presumably DSM hold the manufacturing IPR for FF so to a point … Possible, but I doubt it. All the basics of the manufacturing process should be covered by our patents. DSM might “own” the tweaks to the upscaling of the process to commercial quantities and increase of yields , but I doubt there’s much in that process which you could actually patent, but I’m no expert. Having said that, by far the most likely scenario is that we agree an extension to the agreement with DSM on very similar terms. But, if a large player ever takes off with Fruitflow, they might at some time, be tempted to take the IP and manufacturing in house. It’s very hard to see that happening in the next five years though, never mind three.

Provexis Presumably DSM hold the manufacturing IPR for FF so to a point we will be limited in our negotiations whatever happens with sales

Provexis ade123a: does anyone know when the AA is up for renegotiation? It runs out some time in 2022. On the basis it started in June 2010 and was for 12 years ( see [link] ), it presumably runs till June 2022 If ByHealth actually pull their finger out and make a success of Fruitflow in the next couple of years, it should put us in a much stronger bargaining position than we currently are. I’m not holding my breath on those timescales working out for us with ByHealth tbh Equally if sales through DSM start to ramp up over the next couple of years, then that makes our hand stronger. Hopefully we’ll hold fire a bit, and don’t negogiate an extension too early. BB

Provexis Wheeld’s , i’m a great follower of your work. I’m very concerned that the British Ambassador to the USA has said bad things about their president . This could VERY seriously affect our ability to trade with USA. You very clearly base your increasingly nutty posting on a futute buy out by the Chinese company. What you conveniently forget to discuss is the 2 billion shares in issue, and current income - what price would the buyout come at? Would DSM allow manufacture of FF by the Chinese company - very doubtful IMO it will be 2 years at least before any indication of income from China (if any - big IF), and there will be further dilution of SP when they raise more cash. TRY NOT TO POST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, YOU ARE MAKING A RIGHT CHUMP OF YOURSELF, and missleading potential new investors - which the company will need very soon

Provexis Wheelds for goodness sake get a grip.Your posts have become nothing more than wishful thinking. The only people who should be feeling samguine here are the FD who is enjoying a very fat paycheck and warmer climes and the nigh redundant Buck who effectively collects his pension money for doing nothing.

Provexis Bloomberg news tonight:- On Bloomberg news tonight:- China is now making it easier for foreign companies to set-up business in China. Hence, if DSM and Provexis wanted to move business to China and work in partnership with By-Health then the potential for more Fruitflow Health products to be made in China at a more competitive price is massive. IMHO And governments around the world with regard to health concerns caused by air pollution is growing. However, some companies are now looking to move out of China because of the U.S. trade tariffs; hence, the conclusion of the present talks between the U.S. and China will have an effect on any company like DSM and Provexis planning to move to China and the reality hopefully will come clearer once the talks are over and then we get an update on how Provexis and DSM and By-Health are planning to move forward .IMHO .

Provexis Actually if Farmgal is including H & B revenue in her calcs then she needs to take a lower figure for the contribution from those sales. Her recommending James and James did not impress me as whilst having a strong reputation in the fulfilment world they are known to be expensive with a lot of hidden costs.

redprince 03 Jul 2019

Provexis Can’t really argue with most of that BB however i think Farmgal is not too far off the mark with her estimate of FF+ income. Kievsky who i have met is a decent lad but i feel he needs to take a step back at times and try to be a little more objective.

redprince 02 Jul 2019

Provexis I am going to stick my neck out here and wager that they will have some decent news regarding the testing…that may be the precursor to a further cash raise to support the MOU which should be due to start sharpish. There just might be a bit if commercial news from left of field regarding FF+ Nitrates although i doubt it personally. I see Bella is posting away again on the red channel…well informed poster but considering her past track record of dot joining i have to take much of what she says with a large dose of salt.
