Provexis Perhaps BB but i have always believed in if you understand the rationale behind the business model and believe in it then stick with it. What i did not pay heed to here was the track record of the management in particular Buck and Moon. Moon was frankly a charlatan and abused the good will of the shareholders to pursue his own agenda. This would be nowhere near as bad (in terms of dilution) had Moon been held to account by the bod and stopped from the totally selfish and reckless purchase of SIS. Trading - i have never had the mindset for it but yes many will have done well out of that.Perhaps i need to consider that in the future. However it is how the race finishes that counts!! The race is still very much on.

Provexis redprince: PXS is a great example of WB’s old saying " if you are not willing to hold a share for 10 years then you should not be willing to hold it for 10 minutes" I’m not sure you can transfer Buffett’s investment method to small caps in general and AIM in particular. If I’ve learnt nothing else over the last ten years, the one thing I have learnt is that, unless you’re willing and able to trade the peaks and troughs, you’ll probably be best off leaving companies like this alone until there’s a real chance of them becoming cash flow positive within a year or two. You’ll miss the odd one that flys, but I’d wager most people would be financially better off if they ignored jam tomorrow companies until there’s some tangible sign of the jam setting BB

Provexis We could really do with some clarity on what is and has been applied for. In one rns we are told 2 blue cap submissions will be applied for in 2019 and in another it says blue cap and other regulatory submissions.

Provexis My thoughts fwiw: The placing should be for a relatively modest amount now that the Collaboration work is not going to require funding from our side. I tend to subscribe with the view that we could get SAMR approval sooner than later depending how many of the remaining 3 tests are included. We do not know and i originally assumed they were all going to form part of any submission but i may have been wrong about that. I genuinely believe that once we get the 2 SAMR approvals passed (assuming we do get them) then this is likely to look a lot different. PXS is a great example of WB’s old saying " if you are not willing to hold a share for 10 years then you should not be willing to hold it for 10 minutes". Wdik!

Provexis “The clinical studies which By-Health has been conducting in China have been progressing well and the completed studies have shown excellent results in use for Fruitflow, providing strong evidence for By-Health in its blue cap and other regulatory submissions to the Chinese SAMR.” “If a successful blue cap health claim is achieved for Fruitflow in China it would currently be expected to result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values. The Company will provide shareholders with as much information as it can with regard to the timing of this commercially sensitive and potentially transformative process.’” “Felix Zhang, MSc PhD, Group Director Science & Technology Centre, and Director, Nutrition & Health Research Centre of By-Health Co., Ltd., commented: ‘We are delighted to have entered into this open-ended collaboration with Provexis, and look forward to progressing our work with Fruitflow, in partnership with Provexis, towards future significant commercialisation in China.’”

Provexis I would not be surprised if DSM is already updating its factory in China to produce and sell a new products called Fruitflow plus vitamin C. IMHO

Provexis “Provexis enters collaboration agreement with China’s By-Health” (2/8/19) “(Sharecast News) - Provexis, which develops the ‘Fruitflow’ heart-health functional food ingredient, confirmed on Friday that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with £3bn listed Chinese dietary supplement business By-Health to support the planned launch of some Fruitflow-based products in the Chinese market.”

Provexis Shanghai, CN, 17 Jul 2019 090 CEST Interesting that DSM our partner and confirmed today our collaboration partner with By-Health to further expand and research and produce and sell Fruitflow in China and as stated below DSM is extending its vitamin C plant in China with the latest upgrades. In my opinion the partnership between DSM and By-Health and Provexis and all the products they now already produce in China equals a massive potential for more and more Fruitflow products to be produced in China and like today our share price will reflect these factors over the next couple of years. IMHO From DSMs web site:- “DSM continues to invest in improving the performance of its vitamin C plant in Jiangshan, China, as part of its ongoing commitment to quality, safety, sustainability and production efficiencies. DSM will extend its annual shutdown to implement additional upgrades in these areas across the site.” “This shutdown has started earlier this month, with the latest upgrades to be completed by start Q4 2019.”

Provexis Nice to see the SP respond well to the good news that Byhealth are going to be investing much more heavily , advertising in CHina is expensive.

Provexis You are doing yourself down BB , if others are worth that much you must be. These high day rates are the fault of County Councils IMO , the waste is appalling , CC exec’s should have to reapply for their jobs every 2 years , interviewed by non county civil servants . I was on that site comparing salaries of AIMs Co CEOs , considering PXSs EP IF is getting too much .

Provexis nest_of_rampers: Says on this site that revenue last year was £253 K , hard to believe. Also says there are 4 employees , what do they do all week? It’ll get the revenue from the Annual Report, so likely won’t show the correct figure for that ( 322k ) till mid Sept. Fook knows where it got the number of employees from, afaik, we only employ the directors, so Ford and O’Kennedy ( with Buck as a non-exec ) and anyone else will effectively be contractors rather than employees. Basically, never take much notice of what those kinds of sites say, always check the numbers from the official sources. As to what they do, I dare say Ford and O’Kennedy are busy enough. Whether or not that justifies their pay is another matter like, but I’ve worked on a project recently on a day rate of 800 to 900 quid recently, and even I don’t think I’m worth that, but that was the market rate, so people generally take whatever the going rate is, and Ford’s no different in that respect. BB

Provexis NOR the giod news is that further cashcalls should be limited now that the MOU / collaboration is going to be funded by By-Health.
