RNSisposal Good news, I think. The stores seem to have been a diversion and a drain on management resources. Surely the two remaining parts of the business will one day stand alone. Now, hopefully we will see this company motoring, in a way not possible whilst the stores were weighing them down.

RNS- New COO buys £43k worth of shares!! And he doesn`t even take up his post till Monday coming.[link]

Re: RNS: Move to SETSqx Great news this is, obviously there was a demand for the shares elsewhere and being as there are not that many shares in issue, let alone free float I expect this to be trading 50% higher fairly swiftly, followed perhaps by 16p in short order, this stock has been held back on AIM for so long now it is well overdue an almighty re rating.Cant wait for the agri payments from the fruit harvest.Lots of shares in safe hands now, so sit back and enjoy the ride, I will more than likely be adding if I am able to sub 10p on Monday, this will be a great growth stock, especially once paying a dividend.

RNS: Move to SETSqx I think this may well lower the spread on OBT as well as opening up the marketability of the shares.Quite separately I have posted a strong buy as i believe a 'sum of the parts' analysis leads to a much higher MC than we have now - by a very large margin and the slight movement in the shares might suggest the market is becoming aware of this.

And now Paul Dolan Some major reshaping going on here.

Fred Prior 28 Apr 2016

Re: Mr. Robert Quested VB went above 8% yesterday, so he added more since Tuesday . I am pleased with the news that Qusted no longer has a substantial holding in OBT, it would appear he sold for approx what he paid in 2013, rumour had it a couple of years ago that he made his money from his purchase of OBT by loaning his stock out to a Market Maker, that would explain why he sold for what he purchased. I will leave it to your imagination what the Market Maker went on to do with the borrowed stock. Would people do such unscrupulous things with stocks as that?

Crunching the numbers well yesterdays RNS sure made for a positive pleasing read, in view of this I believe I may have to revise my long term SP projection upwards by around 100% - even then, that could prove to be conservative in the years to come, providing of course the shares in issue remain mostly unchanged.their figures, we should be over 20m revenue once all the cogs have aligned, based on the current MC that will put on on about a PE of x1 quite ridiculous compared to its peers, speaking of peers.....I have found a company Deltic Timber Corp as an example, mainly because they have comparative acreage of timber forestry to ours, albeit theirs is of a lesser species than ours {pine} forget the shares in issue, as even if you dilute it, it still makes us on a like for like worth around 180p PS, I have not added anything for the agro business or home sales etc as it then becomes even more ridiculously undervalued, instead I have offset this against Deltics foot in real estate development, which according to its filings is not a substantial profit to add to the business.Anyhow, enough of that, lets move on to dividends-if we take the mean average of the 5-20% and round it to the lower of say 10% that brings an annual dividend return to shareholders, based on earnings projections of a whopping 8p.....so one could argue that we are today priced only on our expected Divi with nothing thrown in for the companies assets.I will leave you all to form your own opinions, of if or not this seems to be a "fruitful" investment and I do not dish out buy recs willy nilly. This is not only one for the bottom drawer but the top and middle too!Regards

Mr. Robert Quested RQ sold around 5% of the company yesterday. I think it must have been the 11,000,000 trade at 8p (and possibly others). Very interesting, because somebody bought them and there was no significant dent in the SP. Are we to expect another RNS re. VB shortly?

Re: Mr Valentin Bovykin Have to agree. Very interesting. I suspect something is afoot.

Fred Prior 26 Apr 2016

Mr Valentin Bovykin has increased his stake in OBT, he now holds over 7.7%, as well as metals, he invests in the timber industry, who has a vast timber portfolio he just may be interested in snapping up...I think this stock should start to re rate as we get nearer into splitting up the business and potentially paying a dividend to investors.Interesting times ahead.

Fred Prior 26 Apr 2016

The Sleeping Giant is finally waking from its slumber. Considering this stock was more than the current price 1 year ago and we have come so far since, I would think 12p is easily achievable in the short term, perhaps 16p mid term and over 20p long term. I have added today as there appears to be some cogs turning not so silently in the background and the new Chairman is more than up to the job.

RNS- Scolaro steps down! [link] start? Market seems to like it so far!

Lichner 30 Mar 2016

mattyburksta thanks for this info, very helpful. I have been invested here for a while, I like the business as I like agriculture and Africa and was convinced of the value by the huge difference between the market cap and the shareholders equity. tempted to buy some more.

Re: Surprised Hi,Regarding the revaluation, was any reason given? Which valuation basis are they going off? Should be lower of cost of Net realisable value surely?
