Strategy is working... OBT… XXXX Found certificate warrants for 20p must of been sent by primary bid after offer 3rd February 2018 . Although they state 20p i see post Aug 2018 were i have put 12.5p . They expire 8th February 2020 not looking if they will ever be worth buying . Best last year 1st May 11p , 14th Sept 7p , now 5.9 p

Strategy is working... Chairman still buying (RNS today), but who sold him the last 5,000,000 shares at just 5p? Not sure this is going to help the price stay above 6p in short term…

Strategy is working... Half year report published late today indicates a lot of problems yet to be resolved by OBT; may be good in longer term but next 6-12 months could be very tricky, especially if it costs OBT money to close down loss making operations post their planned strategic review (with negligible assets to sell as far as I can see) - and nothing looks very profitable right now, especially with trade finance accumulating interest payments at 11.5%. Was thinking of topping up here, but risks look awfully high for the potential, uncertain reward which is probably a few years off now.

Strategy is working... OBT… XXXX You can pick them up for 6.8p now. Just came across my warrants for 12.5p expiring 8th Feb 2020. Ill file them away cant see them ever being used lol

Too long term a business? OBT is making sensible decisions but the forestry law changes in Mozambique are causing changes to priorities (due to uncertainties) and much of the OBT business needs a few years of steady growth (including the trees, fruit, etc.) and more proof on the returns expected before many will invest here.One day, I expect the SP will return above 20p, but this could be quite along time. Meanwhile, some people are selling OBT stock to invest in other businesses where a return is expected much quicker, so the SP may weaken further in the absence of positive news.This is a HOLD for me, but I fear that selling pressure will be higher than buying pressure for a few more weeks.
