Re: NO VOTE Why should the LSE unwind / cancel trades made by people / mm's in shares that did not exist at the time, surely these people must be responsible for the trades they made hoping for big profits and take the consequences, I am sure ordinary P I's would have to take the loss. If new shares need to be admitted to cover these deals can the company issue them at a much higher premium and thus increasing the value of existing shares to loyal shareholders.

When I don't close a T trade...I am charged interest and fined....must be the same for the shorters?

Re: NO VOTE What are the fundamentals, verbits and why are we at such low SP? I didn't like the proposed fund raise and directors warrants - especially those warrants! I think I might prefer to see the directors out of a job and the company wound up, rather than give them warrants. Are they still getting a salary?

Hot air off the bulletin boards?When it comes out of suspension it will do so through an auction, which we can fairly say will be quite lively. Think carefully if you're just guessing what is going on. The auction price is bound to be high but you'll be betting it continues to increase, and you can get out with a profit by selling into the market at an even higher price.Probably true, but some very powerful people will be trying hard to pass their misfortune onto you, and you're not in their meetings.(Not holding, not short, just fascinated like everyone. Re: NO VOTE It is just a mess and no wonder the shares are still suspended. Going to have to put an alternative placing together to get investors off book and shares likely to remain suspended until done so a while yet.
