Re: Humble pie time You win this round OG; congrats; but I'm still in the game.

Humble pie time Can Hardboy, Uphill Struggle and LoadsaDosh2 please let me know their respective addresses as I have a large delivery of humble pie for each oft hem to eat.As an aside I have never before seen an announcement that the NEDs have requested suspension of a share and I think I'm right to say that -technically - they don't have the power to do so (it has to be at the request of the company or the NOMAD).Giles Elliott has suddenly woken up to the fact that he is the Deputy Chairman of a company which - at best - appears to be as good as bust and perhaps a lot worse (bust and a fraud?).Of course a few weeks ago Hardboy and Uphill were telling me that to suggest Naibu is a fraud was a libel against both the London Stock Exchange and the auditors. Strangely, they've gone very quiet now.

Re: Paccamac' s list I wonder if Ray Zimmerman @ Zai took cash in advance for his "services";or if due diligence happened when the cheque bounced!I suggest any unfortunate holders complain to the regulator about "the late" Daniel Stewart & Zai;it won't benefit you but anything that puts the boot in helps.Make 2015 The year NOMADs are bought to account;OK infallibility is not expected but with some it is difficult to find any clients they represent who are "reputable" outfits.Remember the names of the European non execs here & run a mile if you see their names again!

Re: Paccamac' s list Yep; hats off to you paccamac. I guess CAMK will be the next one; very similar set up to NBU.

Re: Paccamac' s list Pendil - this has nothing to do with running out of cash. It's a fraud pure and simple for all the reasons mentioned previously. Anyone who bothered to look at the accounts, speak with the NOMAD (who patently didn't do diligence) and spend a few hours on Google trying to find their various stores (that don't exist) would reach the same conclusion. I'm sorry folks have lost their shirt on this but it was hiding in plain sight. People who shout down bears like me need to realise I am not hostile to fellow investors but I am simply hostile to dodgy companies like Naibu that give AIM a bad name.

Re: Paccamac' s list Scam! How more precise can you get.

pendil 09 Jan 2015

Re: Paccamac' s list I certainly got this one wrong. We knew trading was tough but it seemed to have sufficient cash to get through. Whatever the precise cause, it looks like we have to be prepared for a write-off.

Re: Paccamac' s list Pendil - do you still think I was wrong on this one or does Naibu remain a BUY in your eyes??

paccamac 09 Jan 2015

Re: Re: I don't think they said it couldn't be; rather they did not believe it to be a fraud for various reasons some of which you mention.Have you bought any REDD yet OG? Snooze you lose!

Orchard Gate 08 Jan 2015

Re: Re: " and I agree it could be a fraud".Interesting. Your mates uphill struggle and hardboy thought it couldn't be a fraud because it is listed and audited. Apparently on the planet they inhabit there have been no frauds at listed companies. Like Serco, Tesco, Langbar, Vyke .....

Re: Loadsacack NOTE: I could have told you I doubled on CAZA too but no point telling fibs; I sold early to play safe; my gain was 50% in a few weeks. Currently showing good gains on PHNX with a massive yield too; at least at the 630p price i bought in. Not all mine are duds though I've had a few.

LoadsaDosh2 06 Jan 2015

Re: Loadsacack Yawn; but oh so boring OG. I bought CSN a while back and it doubled and I cashed in; bought CAZA and it went up 50%, I cashed in!Anyway OG no good keep looking backwards; I am looking forwards and going to make big bucks with REDD; buy while you still can get in cheap.

Re: Loadsacack On 25 July I bought £125k of Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VUSA) for my SIPP at £22.19. Now £25.28, so up a mere 12% in 5 months. On 28 July I bought £75k of Blackrock Global Property Securities Tracker at £1.35, now £1.53 so up 13.6% in 5 months. Oh and dividends of £1,105.81 and £650.07 respectively. Now how do they compare with your own hot stock picks from the same month? Down an average of 61% (see below). It would seem that the patient investor has pasted the get rich quick kid who doesn't know his elbow from his backside. Do pop back when you fancy another drubbing.15-Jul Premier Foods -40.4%15-Jul QPP -78.4%29-Jul CamKids -64.4%

Re: Loadsacack An investment in Year 2000 would be an "unfortunate" date to chose for a FTSE100 tracker, however if you reinvested income in the same fund you must be ahead however or I would question the fund manager. If you put money in the fund each year from 2000 to 2014 you should be well ahead.Perhaps it was a closet FTSE Chinese gym shoe maker tracker fund in reality as the manager had a shoe fetish!
