Re: View on developments? Mara GorsuchUseful article, as were your thoughts at the time of the EGM.This is potentially more of a worry than the Nomad (though of course, the two may be linked) and it could be really punishing, as the magic 51% would also mean loss of control. Mr. Ning and the malcontents might now find themselves on the receiving end of what they were about to dish out.Overall, it is really hard to see what all the interference has achieved, other than the total destruction of sentiment and with it, value. Any chance of them recognizing this and taking a step back before it is too late? So frustrating, to have got this far and then have this nonsense kick off.I was going to suggest to all the "nickel hopefuls" on Amur, that this was the better bet, with a decent resource, superior grades and no billions required for infra-structure, but I think that the African risk, due to stupid provocation, now equals Amur's Russian risk. All the assets in a "black market" are affected in a "black market" given the assets are in a "black market!

Re: View on developments? I did say after the EGM when they kicked out the Zimbabwean directors, one thing you don't ever do is bite the hand that feeds you, the government are not happy about the smelter restart being put on hold or the way the board has changed, so they have now summoned Mr Ning the Chinese chairman to explain.[link]

They've woken up [link] doesn't specifically mention looking for a CEO.Quote: "there is every expectation that an appointment will be made within the required time frame"I would have liked to hear something a little more optimistic regarding a NOMAD, "There is every expectaion" doesn't quite cut it.No mention of "when" or "if" we might get a Q1 update.

July 25th! Its getting closer. Sell while you can and you may get more than 1p a share.

dotlink 29 Jun 2015

there are signs telling you to get out while you can such as sp going down, chairman left, mr yat sold 100 millions shares, zimbabewee, don't trust the chinese, the chinese are ruthless and greedy they just want to have all resources to themselves, mwa turning into vgm, ami, might delist or even suspend trading if sp keep falling, this is all my opinion dyor

dotlink 29 Jun 2015

looks like the chinese going to takeover mwana privately in my opinion, like VGM delisted get out before its too late

dotlink 29 Jun 2015

mr k mpinga have no shares anymore and mr Yat Hoi Ning sold 100 million shares 2 months ago and i think he knows something we don't like sp not going up any time soon

dotlink 29 Jun 2015

we all know the chinese are ruthless and now they somehow stole mwana the whole company off mr kalaa mpinga

Re: All good fun! It might not be that straightforward but the result of the misplaced optimism of the PIs here will probably have the same consequences. I put these into my write-off portfolio eighteen months ago and nothing has affected that decision since.Typing this in the sunshine next to super yachts and super cars I can't get too excited about the situation at the moment!

Re: All good fun! The situation not quite as straight forward as "you lose your money"1. If they appoint another Nomad, then trading on Aim continues. They have they are seeking to do this, we have to wait and see.2. If Nomad not appointed after full period then shares can only be bought/sold by private arrangement.3. If the Chinese want full ownership then they need to make private offer, there are many small PI,s and small Inst holders, so Chinese cannot just ignore these. I intend to hold, but will do some exploring to see what more I can learn.D
