What is with these 100 share sells and buys? is this a way to manipulate share price?

I have just been reading through Q3 trading update and all looks good/promising on that which should really help increase share price. Am i missing something on that which is bad?

in my eyes £0.0082 is a bargain for Kenmare and is worth the risk as previously stated from motleyfool that 2016 will be a profitable year for Kenmare.

RE: conspiracy theory - Pretty much nothing has happened to our knowledge as we would know about it, so it is quite hard to explain the decrease in share price unless the demand is not there but i cannot see that. I am quite confused really :S

well for all our sakes i hope it isnt a Iluka walking away as I think that the share price might dramatically drop tomorrow if that is the case! I am hoping for a revised offer from Iluka but im sure we shall see. Not the greatest of situations to be in for any shareholder.

didnt Iluka state in the terms of the offer that they would only lower their current offer if other parties come in with lower offers? Maybe that is what they are hoping for another bidder so they can lower their offer.
