Thoughts on Future Market Cap Anything is possible. What a sad state of affairs the other message boards have become. All sorts of insults being thrown at each other and none of them realise that any serious investor does not really go by the tips being discussed on message boards. I mean, I’m all for some good banter but some of the insults being thrown around are crazy. The phase 2 trial recruitment was completed early May 2016 (RNS 4th May 2016) and the RNS stated that it typically takes 4 months for the trial from point of consent. If we take 4 months from that date we arrive at early September 2016 but the headline data was announced on the 7th September. So I assume the study was unblinded 3 months after that RNS on May 2016, leading to the unblinding of data around early August. This implies it took one month to get the “headline” data. There was a 2nd RNS approx. two months after the headline data once the team had a chance to do a deeper analysis of the results. I know we have a much larger study this time around, but if the data is unblinded at the end of this month, we should have “headline” data ready by early December. I’m not sure if this data can be shared with “potential commercial partners” but if a “potential commercial partner” did want exclusive access to this data, we may well get a RNS along those lines… However I am never a fan of exclusive negotiations… Now that the data will be unblinded, I can expect the companies to try to get ahead of their competitors in gaining access to that data. I certainly hope that is the case and I certainly hope it proves beneficial for all of us share holders. I’ve learnt not to make any predictions so repeat anything is possible and if I were a company with a strong interest in phase 3 data then I’d try to get ahead of the competition GLA

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Is it possible that we may hear of a tie up with big pharma before December?

Lastemporer 21 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap “headline efficacy and safety data in December this year, a key value inflection point for the Company.” Will be 1quid + or 5p, I can’t imagine any more news coming now unless it’s out of the blue… GLA… see you in December with tears of joy or despair

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Good RNS today to re-affirm everything is on track to provide the 3a results by year end. It will be interesting to see how the Americans respond to this tiny British company (£65m market cap) providing a big presentation on the potential future of the ED market at the major US sexual health conference at the end of this week… Time ticks relentlessly on… GLA

Thoughts on Future Market Cap not worried, just trying to increase my understanding (it’s 29.00 32.00 now) will do.

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Smashing, I think perhaps you shouldn’t worry yourself about the day-to-day ‘noise’ so much. It’s the fundamentals such as the 3a results which will dictate the future price directions. It’s all too easy to check the stock price too regularly (indeed, I’m also guilty of it). When major news comes out, trading volumes will spike upwards and the spread will narrow greatly. Have a restful weekend. GLA

Thoughts on Future Market Cap can any of you more experienced investors explain what seems a large spread today - bid 29.50 ask 32.00 ?

Thoughts on Future Market Cap the 66,500 quantity is to arrive at a value near the ISA limit i think. not sure this is necessarily the entire holding of CB. (but the way i see it, it’s 66,500 more/better than 0). the transfer might suggest that further gains are expected.

Lastemporer 17 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Then why does she only have 66,500 shares?

smashing1 17 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap i do think it’s significant (surprise, surprise!)

Lastemporer 15 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Nope: " These trades were carried out as part of a “Bed and ISA” process, allowing Charlotte to move her existing shareholding into an ISA."

smashing1 15 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Anyone think RNS re. Charlotte Barder’s ISA today is significant? Is it to do with CGT? I keep thinking about what was in the RNSs last year before the 19/9/18 business update. The one re. Derek Martin seems significant with hindsight.

Thoughts on Future Market Cap To add to Aberdeen’s post, yesterday’s sharp down day was courtesy of the heavily followed Simon Thomas publicising via his Investors Chronicle magazine that he’s decided to bank his sizeable profit in FUM. These are short term speculators. When their herd came in, we rapidly rose. When they left, we rapidly declined. This short term ‘noise’ is of no consequence in the ling term view. We’re around 2 months away from pivotal phase 3a results being released. IMHO, at worst, our shares will be worthless. At best, our market value could surpass £1bn. In each case, what is the probability of the outcome? The open label study where all participants are taking the max dose (with no placebo) means management should by now, have a good insight into how effective/ineffective MED actually is. This, before the 3a study is unblinded. The fact that the Open Label study began prior to the results from the 3a study mean that the side effect profile within the participants is very low. FUM have just launched their new website, they have a new PR team and have made the investment choice of attending all the main sexual conference meetings. I know that I remain with a share holding such that if the worst outcome were to occur (wrt 3a results), I can weather it, but if the best outcome were to occur, I won’t ‘kick myself’ for not holding enough. GLA. Not long now…

Thoughts on Future Market Cap But nothing has changed Lastemporer? The company have already made the statement around funding during their last update. If the results are good, it would/should mean the demand for the shares would be higher. Therefore even if there was a dilution at say 50p, it equates to approx. 10 percent dilution. Hardly the end of the world. The phase 2 results left too many unanswered questions which played against FUM. The phase 3 should answer these questions and therefore remove the uncertainty. I’m just going to remain calm and see this out.

Lastemporer 14 Oct 2019

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Wobbly again, should it be right that the company makes a statement if they aren’t looking for funding before P3 headline data? not one is sure and clarification would help… though obviously not if they are… catch 22. Might be worth emailing Angela on?
