Exciting battle ahead. From Falanx - "The board believes this highly exciting, disruptive and long-awaited technology [MidGARD] will redefine Managed Cyber Security Services".From Crossword - "We are excited about the rich seam of intellectual property that should emerge from our CyberAI initiative for Crossword to commercialise globally".I think this is going to be an exciting battle.

Forget Sophos - here's a closer match Mr Share Crazy made a comparison between Falanx and Sophos - but he failed to back up his view with any evidence or reasoning, it was all hot air.To me, this company looks like a serious competitor in cyber security. I hope the cyber security market place is big enough for both companies to do wellIf there is room for only one winner, who will it be? Will it be a knockout competition or might these two merge or FLX makes a takeover bid?"Crossword Cybersecurity Plc : Half-yearly report...I am delighted to report excellent progress in the first half of 2017. Crossword generated more revenue in the first half of 2017 than we did in the whole of 2016, as we continue to develop Crossword's technology commercialisation business focused exclusively on cyber security. ...Crossword works with universities to commercialise technology based on their extensive cyber research. In the first half of 2017 we extended the group of universities that we are working with to include Imperial College, Edinburgh University and MIT in the USA. This brings to a total of nine the number of universities that we are involved with: Bristol, Warwick, Coventry, Surrey, South Wales, City, Imperial, Edinburgh and MIT.Following the end of the period, Crossword announced a major initiative, CyberAI, applying leading edge Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to real world cyber security challenges. CyberAI brings together world leading academic researchers from MIT, Imperial College and Edinburgh University with four major companies: a global investment bank, a FTSE 100 retail bank, a multinational insurance company and a big four professional services firm. We are excited about the rich seam of intellectual property that should emerge from our CyberAI initiative for Crossword to commercialise globally.CyberOwl, the spin out from Coventry University funded by Mercia Fund Management, continues to make strong progress, having been selected for and participated successfully in GCHQ's new Cyber Accelerator. In partnership with the University of Warwick, Crossword completed a Ministry of Defence funded proof of concept for blockchain-enabled smart documents and has developed a plan for further exploitation of the intellectual property emerging from that project. With the impending introduction of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) early next year, our cyber risk product Rizikon, based on City, University of London research, is attracting increased interest both with distribution partners and end user companies. We have developed a version of Rizikon that is designed to enable corporates to assess and monitor the cyber security risks of their large supplier base, as this is a key weakness for many companies. Our specialist cyber security consulting business, Crossword Consulting, goes from strength to strength...." Re: Not delusional some much needed good new business news, at last.. hopefully more new business to come more regularly now.. but this is A LOT more volatile /tricky than i expected.. and so i'll taks some profit but leave the bulk of my bet ride here.. this could readily still be a big winner

Thomas Tallis 05 Sep 2017

Not delusional I expected good news. I couldn't see a man like Charles Hollis choosing to join a company that was going nowhere.I don't know why Mr Share Crazy couldn't understand that point. I hope no one followed his sell recommendation.

RNS - the link Sorry, forgot to post the link[link] is a lot more good news in it, my last post was just a hint.

RNS - operational update " Significant new sales contracts with recurring revenue. Remain on course for operational breakeven this financial year. ""The full MidGARD service will be launched to the market at the UK's leading Cyber Security Conference, 44CON 2017. [ www.44con.com ] from 13th to 15th September at the ILEC Conference Centre, Earls Court, London. [www.ilecconferencecentre.co.uk ]o The board believes this highly exciting, disruptive and long-awaited technology will redefine Managed Cyber Security Services. [ www.falanx.com/44con-emerge-shadows/ ]"So my hunch about that bit of buying last Friday was a reliable. I'm not trying to say "I told you so," just to brag. Since we have Mr Share Crazy giving us a different, unsupported opinion, it is for the purposes of recording track record..

Massive ramp up I don't like promoting sites that give hot tips so please don't take this as an endorsement of the site, but in view of claims that I don't get it, I would like to point out what to me is the appeal of FLX."... Falanx looks incredibly well placed to see a massive ramp up in orders at Cyber over the coming year ..."[link] Share Crazy - please don't worry about me, I'm not delusional. I realise that statements such as."incredibly well placed" sound good but they are optimistic and about future potential that may not come to fruition. There is risk but I see it as a gamble worth taking because the pedigree of the people at the top in Falanx gives me confidence that they will pull it off.

Re: ShareCrazy - Sophos? Come on? Re: "Until this company backs up any hype with contracts in an RNS it's where it is for a reason" What Mr Share Crazy doesn't get is that those of us who are buying FLX now are buying in the expectation that the RNS announcements of contract wins and increased revenues will come soon and the good news will send the share price up up up.I realise that this view means taking a gamble on the future, but all investment decisions are a gamble. In previous posts I have stated my reasons for believing that the company will be successful and produce good results.I suspect that Mr Share Crazy does get it, but he has a hidden agenda. He says he hates to see people not getting it, but he fails to put up any coherent argument to back his opinion and he will not answer questions - answers that would help us to get it. Because of that, I suspect his motives.
