Why transfer your holding? Any thoughts on why Brian Kennedy has transferred his entire holding to his wife? Possibly tax advantages? I don't know enough about this area.

Bought in today I would like to think my purchase of ENTU this afternoon has sent the sp up to 106 but it may be due to River and Mercantile increasing their holding to over 5%. Casa.

Re: Caution Thanks for the post. Are you able to link or copy and paste what they said?I had noted the risk that they have a massive sell-off after 12 months to cash in (I guess there's a risk of that with a lot of IPOs) but I have missed the loans issue so am interested to know more. My main note of caution is more that its main supplier for double-glazing materials is from a company owned by a Board member, and it seems to have a complex governance structure which could be risky, but otherwise I think there are some good fundamentals for this company.

Caution The figures on this company look inviting but according to posters on ADVFN, the listing particulars made it clear directors has made bad loans to other companies. Also as they retain 50% of capital and might offload next year there are some typical AIM fly by night issues here that cause concern.

Re: Update Yes, strangely short RNS but it was positive in its tone which is good.Agree this share is looking very underpriced, even in comparison with its peers like SFE.
