Re: LT are you still invested here LoL,,,, Rich,,, some are smart enough to see things for what they are and cut their losses, others will just punt and pray,,,,, not much point in saying GL with it as the luck ran out some time ago here.... The Co is skint and got nothing to shout about anymore... no one believes them and no one is playing anymore...Best thing is see what the MM's will give you for a 100k sell lol..... a few of them and this will disintegrate below 0.5p in a heartbeat.....Anyway time for Tr0ll sleep....

Re: LT are you still invested here As i say Wreck , look below immediately jumped up with all the 'free to post rubbish' , I would say to them why waste their time checking in to somewhere they would never ever ever ever invest again ...but they research at companies house and search Western Star papers in Newfie on a dead duck lol . I have better uses for my time than somewhere i will never invest etc . The amount of posts in the last few pages of rehashed rubbishing , why are they checking this board daily . They say 'dead' .... so why waste time on this . Hence its pointless posting .

Re: LT are you still invested here Too many people regard these investment boards as cheer leader platforms, rather than the definition you can see if you scroll down....."The discussion boards on this site are intended to be an information sharing forum and is not intended to address your particular requirements"And so anyone criticising the company, its directors, fatuous news releases or plain poor management is called a "tr*ll" by anyone who is committed shareholder. Nothing wrong with being a committed shareholder, but this company is quite exceptional in treating them with contempt. Nothing started with their money has ever been finished; no failure is ever explained to shareholders; and it is obvious that some long term investors have lost their pension pots on the precipitous share price journey from two pounds to two farthings.Holding such incompetence by the directors of a publicly listed company to account is one purpose of these boards, and if the long term holders don't like it, they ought to argue the contrary position. Just calling criticism "tr*lling" is a very blinkered position.Sometimes satire is required to illuminate human failings. If anyone thinks that the trail of RNS releases over the last two years have been consistent and transparent, they might like to draw up a truth table?Anyway, I put my views on any bulletin board that interests me, whether I have risked money or not, and I extend my views to newspapers, online blogs and professional forums. It's called debate, a very British institution.

Re: LT are you still invested here PMSL..... good luck Not so rich... free world, free to post, myself as with so many others have suffered from the BOD and their Co ways. not that I blame them for any financial loss, I choose to click buy/sell end off. but then no one invests and expects drasticly moving or abandonned goal posts either, along with more often than not just dropping the baby to go pick another up.....If cutting my losses massively and running makes me a tr0ll then so be it lol...... rather be a tr0ll than see an investment 95% down from not that many moons ago....P2Tr0ll

Re: North Sea: more opportunities. Agree with you completely P2G. They ended up up with too many fingers in too many pies and lost focus on the main company changer..... NF. They should have pushed Black Spruce to completing what they had promised to do instead of letting them off the hook. That might then have provided funds for the next devolpement. Furthermore if BS had completed all the planned drills i doubt we would be in this predicament with a company that is worthless and directors not knowing which way to turn.

Re: North Sea: more opportunities. God knows Wreckage, bottom line is that it matters not anymore about Nick, all the damage has been done, too many mistakes have been made, along with what i would deem some pretty stupid choices/decisions along the way, thus not much over half a penny in today's money.Says it all really, when this lot were fronting being an exploration Co, primarily with the NF stuff it really worked at the time, Sp was strong, potential was always looking close to convertion to reality, but this lot just talk the talk then go walk off in a different direction each time along with slowly putting a defuser on the transparency of the supposed parent Co Enegi with a shed load of splinters and now consortium members. That kind of behaviour has a short shelf life before punters can't work out really what this lot are actually doing of any value, then give up, no point is flogging a dead horse, lord knows what the real and paper losses show for past and present investors. Did Nick EVER do anything in his supposed time with Enegi ?? nothing that I can see that was of any worth anyway, not that much different to the rest of them unless it mean't they could sell half a dead horse off for a healthy chunk of change !!!!.All in my opinion of course, but honestly I still think this is dead in the water regardless of the supposed ermmm value of consortium members,,,,, MOU's, light arrangements etc are cheap, anyone can get Co's to agree to "possibly" do something in the future, the real deals are when Co's put in hard cash and energy to meeting certain obligations towards the final grand plan & as yet I doubt anyone has coughed up a penny !!!!!All that aside, there are a few Aim oil Co's with far far more than Enegi ever had and are really hitting the buffers for funding and debt, this lot has that much stupid student debt choking it to death that they are too embarased to even tell the market.... Re: North Sea: more opportunities. According to company's house Nick Elwes has never been a director of Eneg. according to the RNS in November 2012 his appointment was "Director of Communications" Is that a directorship Appointment or just a title???

Re: North Sea: more opportunities. Communications director???? His productivity is breathtaking

Re: North Sea: more opportunities. Do you want to forward that link to Nick Elwes========== ========== ========== ======I see that Nick Elwes' name did not appear as the co-presenter alongside the Great Leader's name on the 10 June RNS. First time I have seen that omission. Deliberate or not?Has the communications director been excommunicated?

Re: Magic at ABTOG -SB "However it is not entirely consistent with the statements made about appointments."=====Yes, and I note from Linkedin that the chap who was announced in the October 2013 RNS as ABTOG CEO was nothing of the sort. He is the CEO of a private equity group, who briefly made a quid from Minty as a consultant for a few months, and is now long gone back to his day job.

SierraBravo 12 Jul 2015

Re: Magic at ABTOG -SB It would be possible for a.n. other to pay the associated costs. However they could not cause an actual liability on the other entity. That would be a significant transaction and then it wouldn't be dormant.this is not common (but not entirely unusual). E.g a dormant company holds a freehold and its owners absorb the costs.it is therefore possible that the owners have absorbed their shares on the costs independently in proportion to their ownership.given the aa02 and the statements made I have to assume this could be the case. But I doubt it will ever become clear. However it is not entirely consistent with the statements mad about appointments.

videodawn 10 Jul 2015

Re: Magic at ABTOG -SB SB - "But it is hard to reconcile it being dormant with what has been published." ========== I think you are absolutely correct SB. Either the accounts are correct or the published statements are correct, but they both cannot be correct.I prefer to believe that the AA02 form is correct, because if it is not, an offence would have been committed. That means that the published statements may be incorrect, even though some have been made as part of an official RNS. When you operate such a complex web of corporate structures it can be easy to lose track of the truth. It is odd that for instance there is an RNS statement in Oct 2013 that "the roles of Commercial Director and Business Development Director having also been filled.” No such director appointments are recorded at Companies House for ABTOG at that time.I find it odd that ABTOG can enter into contracts such as a farm in, without any transaction costs, or that a CEO can be employed without transaction costs, or an MOU with Wood Group can be signed without transaction costs. The only explanation is that Enegi Oil plc has paid the ABTOG transaction costs directly from Enegi shareholder funds without creating ABTOG as an inter-company debtor, and I am not sure that is kosher either. It is just smoke and mirrors, as it has always been. One day an administrator will have to unravel all of this IMO.
