Re: So No NU Oil & lot of Gas Co it is then I think that the rest of us have already had a lot of No 2s - dropped on us from a great height...

So No NU Oil & lot of Gas Co it is then Well Mr Minty certainly looking to strike out on this after pretty much a self certification resolutions past AGM,,, So what next,,, for sure the share split,, and then quickly establish how to utilize the the Co frontage as a cash cow for whatever marginal dream-world project is taking place...Shame he didn't take the opportunity to surrender the worthless half of ABT and throw it in so it is fairer and more balanced to existing stake holders..... after all he already made a tidy lump off flogging half that mush to Enegi/Abtog... would have thought it the lest he could do after all the sheite his loyal investors have suffered from past cruddy next best idea's.... Heyhooo,,, look after No1,, and a few No 2's sod the rest....All in My opinion of course...P2G

Re: well, Do as they want now RNS MD, supposed is a bit harsh. The only multi claimrd holding is a matter of still existing public record.in any event voting against would probably have been entirely fruitless. It could only hamper fund rausing abilities, given the loan I cant see any circumstances in which that could have been helpful.Any realistic valuation of the assets rather than carrying value would likely lead to net negative shsreholders funds, so even action which forces administration would be pointless.

Re: well, Do as they want now RNS I somehow picture that the meeting this morning consisted solely of a lot of people whose surname was Minty. If anybody was there, could they let us know???

Re: well, Do as they want now RNS Where on earth were all the "supposed" multi-million shareholdings of certain PI's on here. Thought they would have defeated such a motion with ease???Trouble is this company have been going through the motions and those "big-time" PIs have been doing major motions each and every time the sp plummeted ever south!Must have been alot of selling in the past 12 months, otherwise we'd have continued with the usual BS postings.Still, I congratulate them for taking my "advice" and getting out of this "Turdis"!!!if Next stop could be the Administrators if this development follows the historic patterns???MD (Motions Deceased)

Re: Share Divide. Im afraid the writing has been on the wall for this company and its direction of travel for such a long time - where has the real share value add ever been? I mean the real stuff..not the fluff and the Ive just bought a million everyone and the future is bright etc etc. Many on here have ben played like a good 'un in my opinion, though many seem to have been very willing volunteers.Sorry if thats doesn't come across as all sympathetic hugs but this Co. has been an utter crock for so long and there have been many opportunities to exit. Not 'top up' on the way down.

Re: Share Divide. Personally I think it stinks Danpoe,,, basically they want every one to agree to give them control to dilute anytime they want after the share split shafting... it will just end up as a simplified cash cow for whatever they want to do without needing to propose....Along with that, my view is these shares are worth far less than the current price anyway... there is not asset value,,, there is no cash,,, there is no real commitment with financial support,,, there is nowt really,, except a pile of debt..P2G

Share Divide. So our shares will be worth even less with the share split..worthless...! A Consolidation---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----NewsEnegi Oil Seeks Name Change With Eye On The FutureLONDON (Alliance News) - Enegi Oil PLC on Friday said it is seeking to change its name to Nu-Oil ...Alliance News9 October, 2015 | 6:41PM Email Form LONDON (Alliance News) - Enegi Oil PLC on Friday said it is seeking to change its name to Nu-Oil and Gas PLC, and set out proposals designed to give it the flexibility in the event that it decides to raise capital in the future.Shareholders will vote on the proposed changes at a meeting in Manchester, England scheduled for October 26.If approved, the resolutions would enable the reorganisation of the company's shares, meaning that the existing shares would be sub-divided into one new share with a nominal value of 0.1 pence and one deferred share with a nominal value of 0.9 pence.Under English law, a company is prohibited from issuing shares at a price less than their nominal value. Currently, Enegi's shares trade below their nominal value. It currently has 189.8 million shares of one pence each in issue. The shares traded at 0.6 pence at the close on Wednesday. The new shares would have a lower nominal value than the existing shares, paving the way for the company to effect transactions or to raise money at a lower price in the future. In addition, the company wants the authority to issue and allot securities with a nominal value of up to GBP1.8 million for cash - equivalent to GBP180,000 if the resolution on the share reorganisation is passed.Samuel Agini; [email protected]; @samuelaginiCopyright 2015 Alliance News Limited. Re: Flying down to Rio. Well Lucky, on that basis I must be both Minteds and the MMs fav friend. It's the poor children in need I fear for...especially those who still don't get how this company operates.Might i suggest you do a "trial" sell and see how near you get to point (,)6pence? Then we can have a long and meaningful conversation about why they may want to sell to you at a higher price than point (.) 65 pence!!!!Remember, I have been around since 2009/2010 and seen all the "Emperors new clothes", not to mention the Dr Who reincarnations as to what he and his company are all about?May the force be with you...I just hope it's not making you want to buy!!!!??? MD (Maul Darth).......reversed the character to mirror the Enegi share prices habit of following suit? Take care now and keep a watch for the dark side...the Death Star is closer than you might think!!!!

Re: Flying down to Rio. Thanks for your SELL view MD. Once again the share rises when you post SELL.Please feel free to continue posting SELLSCheers.

Push2Gush 20 Oct 2015

Re: Flying down to Rio. not overly convinced about your secondary targets at all OHT, that would take something special to see 300%+ rise, I also expect IF minty is out in Rio trying to get something rolling then it won't be free, so it will almost certainly be offset with dilution at the initiation, on top of that they have not really cleaned up the sheite financial mess that still exists.. Just my opinion mind,,, but not really interested in frothy MM worked rises either..... when Minty's mob actually shows something more physical to improve asset value then I might be interested,,, other than that I personally am not interested in consortium deals with no commitment noted, or other type non active deals...

Re: Flying down to Rio. Technically we've seen the bottom as of the last week of September (on the weekly). We see an uptrend having started from the 29th September on the daily.Initial target @ 0.8p, with secondary @ 1.2p and then at least 2pThis is possibly the start Minty's exit, he will come out smelling of roses. His foray to South America wasn't football related. It's a buy, and you'll see volume coming imo.Kind regards all
