Very suspicious posters on here that claim to be investors, most first ever posts on iii even though members since 2000 etc, but the strangest thing for me today is the fact that not one person on here was happy that the price never dropped today, very odd as a few alleged investors were even predicting the price would fall sharply if ENOC did not garner enough votes. The bucket shops working their magic again no doubt, except it failed this time round,Could be 800p soon bwtfdik eh Fydo 3D

Re: Results I may try to contact Elliot again.Their role as an activist investor is important whether in refusing the deal or accepting it.What I am trying to do is define their level of activism and what it means to them. Whether it be short term just to get a better bid price or whether it be slightly longer term in trying to realise the value in Dragon if it were not for ENOCs control and medling.Just as pressure from BG resulted in the paying of a dividend, so could pressure be brought to lessen Enoc`s control.

Re: Results 3D- I hope its not the same source that's been telling you it was already a done deal for the last month! That was a great source....they almost got it bang on!!! Well it was a 5050 so they were pretty close to getting it right!

Re: Results Informed by who exactly? You talk such nonsense.....

angeabso 31 Jul 2015

I decided to sell half my shares in the offer and as such sent my share certificate to ENOC. Now the bid had failed will my share certificates be returned to me?

Re: Does not voting at all constitute a ... Please note anyone with Selftrade - unless you register a "No" vote they automatically registera "Yes" ! ! !

MoleMan99 31 Jul 2015

Re: Results Only 30.8% non-ENOC holders voted yes. Not even a third. They are going to have to up their game or go away for another year, at which point they must pay even more.

tobycups 31 Jul 2015

My Understanding ENOC own 53.84%. They need a further 23.08% to succeed. They did not get it.They cannot pay more than £7.50 to any entity without offering the same to all.Personal abuse has no place on this board.

Re: Does not voting at all constitute a ... But if you have your shares in a nominee account, make sure your broker knows of your wishes if they have not given you a formal Corporate Action Statement. Apparently some brokers will accept the offer on your behalf unless you tell them otherwise.

Re: Results ENOC cannot buy any more of their shares back they have reached the limit all they can do is get their friends to buy but if this was done it would be classed as insider trading
