Re: Another exhibition announcement Because like previous such announcements it's just more clutching at straws. Can you explain why DEMG is at an all time low?Cheers, RAC

Re: Another exhibition announcement So, RAC, why do you think this is bad news?BB

RAConnell 24 Oct 2017

Another exhibition announcement It's "true" we have a new system to exhibit in the USA. Roll up, roll up and get your goody bag - or should that be doggy bag given recent extended use of ODM.No mention at all of any potential business expectations - par for the course.Cheers, RAC

Re: strategy & plans Hi Fokisi,Agree with the first comment up to plan B, but I have to ask, 'Have they gone from A to Z and are they going round for a second time'.

Fokisi 11 Oct 2017

strategy & plans I am sure those around EP must spend some time thinking, if only quietly to themselves, about "Plan B", & wondering how this plan could ever possibly be implemented with EP still in place

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 Perhaps EP should drop the word, 'planning' from his 2017 Deltex diary.

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 How much to buy a share in EP's next share issue?2p?

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 The market is clearly seeing through the waffle. The latest announcement suggests that the contract was delayed awaiting the merger with other hospitals yet the initial contract only applies to the original hospital with potential to add the others afterwards. Makes me wonder why the delay was necessary at all and what additional machine / probe sales in relation to the other hospitals will add as revenue? i'm sure that the directors are trying their best to pull this company through the financial crisis for their own financial advantage if nothing else but the new drop in share price is not inspiring any confidence and spells doom as far as I can see.

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 Another nail in the coffin as DEMG reaches an all time low. Is EP actually aware of the share price or does he just look at how many worthless shares he's awarded?Cheers, RAC

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 Nice to see today's RNS regarding another USA hospital account, which looking at the wording does appear that other accounts are just round the corner. The problem is with these announcements, is the lack of figures, even if they can not give exact figures due to the proposed number of patients to be treated, they could give an average of cost to profit of every extra patient. Without such details we have no idea of profit enhancement this account could bring, it could even be one of those loss accounts to lead to further sales, although I doubt this, without more detail we just don't know. Most other company announcements such as this, tend to state what the contract is worth to the company, but as Deltex appear reluctant to 'be clear', I doubt today's news will up the sp, but even if it does, no doubt it will be back down again in quick time.I do though think Deltex have turned the corner to profit increase, but doubt it will be in time to save most of our investment trickling away, so pleased in the account gain especially where it looks to be leading to, but as ever frustrated to see lack of detail.Come on Deltex, stop being the proverbial mushroom and see if shouting your product from the rooftops (or at least place articles in medical mags or other media platforms) brings any more custom.

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 susan lah,As an existing investor like you I continue to have a modest holding that has depreciated much in value such that I can afford to write it off. I suspect that many other PIs are in a similar position in that they are only invested in the hope of a miracle recovery. But EP's endless optimism (or deceit) gives little if any prospect of such a miracle. Unless one believes in promises, promises, promises .............Cheers, RAC

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 Hi Folksi.as an existing investor I'm not entirely in agreement with the view......Existing investors accept that the additional cash is worth the dilution (of the share issue), otherwise they would already have exited. On a personal note I have remained invested as I have foolishly believed the previous and reiterated comments (over and over again) that the company was now well positioned for 'roll out with scale and pace', 'platforms for growth in the US market' and all the non specific waffle that has been delivered in their results. in the meantime the share price has been steadily walked down in accordance with the steady erosion of cash reserves while other product announcements and, guess what, 'prospects for future growth are seemingly prioritised over establishing the US market to achieve an actual profit to build on.I still remain invested in the hope that after such a long delay a significant contract will be announced in the US or the UK NHS wakes up to the benefits of the product at which point we must see some share price gains. This must surely happen soon?Recent announcements seem to be small steps in too many products which are not generating enough returns to keep the company afloat.Still living in the hope they make it.

Re: Planning EP diary for 2017 You either believe EP or you do not, that is, that sales will appear or they will notClearly, so far, he has been able to persuade a sufficient number of investors to believe him, to provide the cash he requires, for the next period of operation. Existing investors accept that the additional cash is worth the dilution (of the share issue), otherwise they would already have exitedIf one believes EP will consider a merger/takeover at any other time other than at the very, very end, it is clear one hasn't learnt much about EP & his judgement. He surely could not have made it more clear, that he will go to the absolute wire with this, and risk perhaps all shareholder value he has at his disposal, to maintain his positionAnd so far, clearly & inexplicably perhaps, there remain investors willing to believe him
