Who will provide the cash, & on what terms? A seller & a buyer exchange for 2p today...What price a share on offer for providing further cash?

Re: Cash As a no longer, willing investor, I will be staying well clear of another cash call.

Fokisi 03 Dec 2017

Cash I had been expecting some announcement on cash by now, or certainly this monthLeaving it until 2018 would seem to be running very close to the wire. But I am probably missing something, as per usualView of others, please? We are all expecting willing investors, to provide yet more cash?

What shareholders may want... Options for business:1. Administration(When might Administration be necessary, I do not know)If Admin tender did create an offer:Shareholders might get something, likely very littleEP might continue to be employed. Probably not2. Share IssueShareholders get dilutedBusiness might be successfulEP continues3. Trade SaleShareholders get somethingEP might continue to be employed. Probably notHave I missed an option? (I assume do nothing is not an option)I suggest preferences of EP & shareholders are:Option 1:EP? NoShareholders? NoOption 2:EP? YesShareholders? SomeOption 3:EP? NoShareholders? SomeSo Option 2 will prevailWillng investors, please step forward

Re: Another exhibition announcement Hi Fokisi,I agree re EP's ability to raise cash, pity his ability is not so strong in selling Deltex products past a corner shop figure.I for one would not consider for one minute putting any more cash into this ever disappearing well of dilution.

Fokisi 07 Nov 2017

Re: Another exhibition announcement "As regarding any further cash, I think the cash call well is almost dry. "Perhaps best not to under-estimate EP's ability to raise further cashIf nothing else, who could argue that he has not been shown to be the master of raising additional tranches of cash with share issues, if not sales revenue growthExisting shareholders, do you object to these cash calls in exchange for dilution?

Re: Another exhibition announcement Hi Busted Boomer,The problem is investors confidence as to the one more tranche of cash would follow on from the previous 3 or 4 probable last cash calls. As regarding any further cash, I think the cash call well is almost dry.

Re: Confetti ............ Better that EP resigns in disgrace. But probably he'll issue another bit of RNS waffle.Cheers, RAC

Re: Confetti ............ EP Plan: to issue new confetti shares, and also convince some investors to buy themBefore ChristmasAnyone disagree, and offer their alternative?(Might I suggest to be sold at 1.5p per share, & to maintain current cash-burn operations for 6 months more?)Comments/views?

Re: Another exhibition announcement Understood. Some improvements over last year or so with sales back into modest growth, margins improved, costs reduced and a big bite out of cash burn in first half. But also reckon they will need one more tranche of cash to get to sustainable profitability. The private investor day they did in their factory earlier in the year was convincing on the new product developments so good to see it coming through to market even if sales are bound to lag behind.

Re: Another exhibition announcement I didn't say it was bad news - just more news much the same as we've had in the past. What evidence is there that DEMG are improving financially in a sustainatble manner without continuous share sale top-ups?Cheers, RAC

Re: Another exhibition announcement FWIW my view is that it is an all time low for both operating and market reasons. Their performance has suffered from their UK sales going backwards and the effect on cash. This has coincided with adverse sentiment and ongoing selling or short selling of the shares.I think changing their product offer is a good idea. I do not think your constant whining about every development is healthy and can not see why anyone would think today's announcement was bad news. Why do you think it was bad news?
